The other thing is that they will make you believe that the ride is gone, to make you react by just picking anything that comes up next. Then that ride that is no longer available is available to other drivers and sometimes they pop it back up to you. They are disgustingly manipulative.
I've been getting NAG screens about taking a detour or stopping for too long on the way to pick up a passenger. If you stop for too long or if you take an altinate route it will trigger a warning NAG screen. They're trying to control how we drive now. 🖕
I live in a mid size city in Illinois. About 100,000 population. My area is saturated with drivers, in my opinion, however, after watching your video my market isn't so bad. Like someone else has pointed out., that $45 would be in the $80s plus a tip. I guess your market is more saturated than mine. Im glad you showed this because it put things in perspective for me. I dont get to see there destination in my area, however, the works like this. If i get a high paying trip the next one will be a lower paying trip. Then a medium and back to a larger one. If its two small one in a row then it has slowed down and I can clock out.
The fares are low because the pay/miles are low but the time to pickup and drop-off are not worth it. The time/pay per minute is what the real problem is. It's too low. It's traffic hour and they should pay way more.
I just subscribe to your channel because I always want to show the word what we are going through out here but I don't have a channel but you did it for me thank you so much keep doing that good work with those videos I hit the like button also am out about a month now going back to 9 to 5 my taxes I have to pay back $6.000 and change I make a $ 100,000 am change gran last year but still don't worth it 80+ hours a week and a 100 .000 miles not Worth my car wouldn't finish this year
You're not putting away for taxes? I get the 80 hrs. Because that is a lot of hours, however, you should have a car dedicated to doing Uber. When I started I bought something with a good gas record and able to last a long time with high mileage. A Honda civic with the spoiler kit. I don't want to be on the side of the road with a flat tire or some other mechanical problem. We're you doing uber luxe? I heard they do long hours but it's mostly waiting for a rider and they pay pretty well, so I'm told. I have my class A license but I won't drive a semi unless I have to. It feels good not having to be at a job at a certain time everyday.
Now they inserted a ‘$55 for 70 rides’ challenge lol! I don’t think that’s a challenge for us, that’s a challenge for UBER and LYFT. I’m lucky if I get 50 good rides a week.
First I decline, then I decline again and when I’m all done… I decline again. Then repeat all above. DONT make Uber richer while you’re breaking even. NEVER.
Is that an app where it shows you the info at the top of the screen when a request comes in? Where it shows the per hour, per mile and the actual address or business.
The inaction on the part of lawmakers, the FTC, The Federal department of labor, The Federal secretary of transportation is one of the reasons rideshare taxi platforms are able to establish and sustain the slave labor policies reminiscent of the colonial era of slavery.
That's in Florida. The slave labor state of Trumphf/AKA/BABY HITLER. Any state that supports TRUMPHF gets shafted. When he was President he made the policy for gig companies to do as they wish to gig workers. EXPLOITING HUMANS!
Cabs charge 2.50 a mile, and we are getting offers for .71 cents a mile.. Unreal.

That trip for over an hour for 45 dollars is crazy, same trip in my part of the country is driver pay 90 bucks
Yeah, I thought I was getting the short end of the stick in my market.

What is the name of the application you use to calculate time and miles?

Yes para
It’s called Mystro
@@Commonsenserideshare Para or Mystro?
How do you get your pick up and drop off to show
It shows here in orlando
In some cities they have to show that info like here in California, In other states is a different story
That's exactly why I decline rides
And they really for taxis more
If we were allowed by the government to fly UFOS, UAPS them i would give humans free rides for the rest of my life.
