Fuggeda boutitt They both connect the the V1 driver app. The V1 driver app offers more features than the free V1 Connection app like GPS Lockout

Black Eagle Automotive yes I know. But I am saying when I turn off Bluetooth on the Driver and try to connect with the V1 connection. It says no radar found. Why is that?

Fuggeda boutitt I believe you have to close one app fully before switching to the other. So for example you have to close V1driver even in the back ground, then open V1connection. And also thanks for the sub!!

Black Eagle Automotive yes I did that and still. Do I need to uninstall Driver? Do you have FB or IG? Easier to message

Black Eagle Automotive nvm I got it working. I had to delete the V1 connection app and reinstall and it worked

Try reading that manual you tossed to the side.
You don’t have to reach up to the adapter to mute it. There are 3rd party apps that will do lockouts for sources you drive past all the time.
Try going to www.rdforum.org/ for reviews and help on programming the detector.

Yes I am aware of the third party apps but I am reviewing the product how it comes out of the box. You have to pay extra money for extra features that quite frankly should come out of the box that way.
