      Hi Melissa, exercise in the morning is such a great way to start the day! I tend to do my qi gong before everyone is up too, it’s the only time there’s any peace in the house…😁

    Informative and I agree that we should really consider ways to reduce our stress right now as it is so important. I've never tried acupuncture but might in the future 🙂.
