Acupuncture is amazing! I've done it for anxiety and headaches and it helped a lot. I also recall having great sleep on the days of my treatment. Sleep is so important so thanks for sharing all these awesome tips!

@@ABetterPace Lower back pain. :). Also, a few years ago my leg was injured in an accident and to this day the feeling of tingling still exists in that leg. Do you know if Acupuncture might help to restore it? Or at least remove that pain?
How many sessions should it take to cure insomnia?
Hi Mike, thanks for your question! As I mentioned in the video there’s not a definite answer to that. There are so many variables with insomnia that it’d be best to speak to a qualified practitioner & let them give you an idea for your particular case. It really could be anything from 6 weeks to a year so it’s hard to say…😁
