Respect and thank you for the build...very excited to put this bike to its limit, stay tune...hopefully, it will make the "Dean's List" once it warms up in Chicagoland🫡
This video is a first look. I want Omar to truly test this bike to it's limit, which will take some time. Also keep it mind it's winter here. We shot this video in 34 degree F weather despite the sunny conditions. Kudos to Omar for bearing the cold!
Been to the TanTan Factory myself and they're phenomenal! They produce for some pretty big names (saw this with my own eyes) and their build quality is VERY good. I've been working with them to brand my own line of bikes and thus far im very pleased. I think your guy will be very happy with the way the bike performs. Looking forward to the follow up video.
that's funny! that's actually one of the 2 im building currently. just waiting on my wheels to arrive (next week). You gotta see the paint job on mine! It's sick! I'll be making a video about it soon! im gonna go find your video now :)
awesome. i commented on the first video that it was a "hambini special". i assumed the qc might not be good coz ive had some frame that were good but needed a little sanding. i take it back. the bartape compliments the bike really well too
Love the build. Nothing wrong with tiagra, that 10 speed stuff is so easy to work on and is crazy value for what you can get out of it. We all thought 10 speed was something special not very long ago. Needs a big REKT decal on the downtube lol.
Really smart build. Maximising speed for cost. Great to see a build on a budget that isn't just using a $2000+ electronic groupset and is probably just as fast
The minute he pops out with those quads, i believe u. 😂😂 Love the build! Maybe one day u should put out a video of u building a whole bike from scratch. Like those dream bike build vids.
Beautiful looking bike! Will be looking for the feedback for sure. I've noticed some Hygge brand popping everywhere, maybe a review one day? Cheers from France!
@@PatrickLino got caught while watching your podcast, my question was more leaning into Omar’s long term review. What has he noticed besides responsiveness at the end of the video, was there something else that he could append to his review? Or is it too early for it? Thanks

Thanks Abie! This is my 2nd TanTan frame. I reviewed the X-38 (Scott Foil RC look-a-like) a couple of months ago.

"MAD ONE" decal haha
Nice, affordable build. Omar is one bad ass dude!
Look at those quads!

I totally agree with you. So many great deals on previous generation groupsets

Thanks! I have plenty of bike builds on my channel. Take a look!
Keep up the good work man, I love your videos
Thank you so much!

Thank you! I've heard about Hygge too. We shall see!
Hi Patrick thanks for all your great information. do they sell bikes fully built and do they also have a lighter climbing bike?
TanTan does offer complete bikes, but mainly framesets. I think complete bikes take time for them to build and ship.
@@PatrickLino thanks for the quick response Patrick 👍. I'll try to email them or maybe winspace. I like their price point but I want to complete bike
whats interesting is that i found that tan tan and ican frames offer exactly the same custom colorways on their websites.
Are the factory address the same as well? Would be curious
nope, just same city@@PatrickLino

Looks sick :)
I love the gloss color. It really pops
Can you ask Omar what he thinks as a racer about the X38, please? Thanks.
We built an X34 for him, not an X38.
Just a thought he might have tried your bike x38. @@PatrickLino
@@kristiaandoms2822 He's too tall for my bikes. Plus my x38 frame was disassembled months ago, and is currently collecting dust LoL
Looking forward to his views on the x34. I am about to order this frame ( and x38 too perhaps)Greetings from sunny Winter Spain.

Nice socks.
He's got style
Any plans for an update video?
As soon as it’s not winter here
it look strong bike.
Strong rider too.
Hi, how is the bike doing? Thanks
Can you kindly be more specific? ❤️
