happy for you, but from a health perspective, i dont think 19 pounds in 5 weeks is healthy in any case. you may have possibly shed a few pounds of fat, but most of that is water weight. depleting water weight that quick in such a short time is usually not a good sign. thats comparable to the rate of professional fighters cutting weight weeks before a fight.

He's pretty much saying stay genuinely busy and work on yourself instead of being distracted by a relationship.
No contact absolutely works in almost all situations but it’s equally important to actually change the offending behavior or you’ll be stuck in a loop with the girl forever.
I once used no contact as a manipulative tool, then found myself using no contact subconsciously and working on myself. I never got a text and eventually just kinda shrugged my shoulders and I’ve been going strong for about 3-4 months now. I realized even if she was to come back, nothing about my life would change. Yeah, she’d be back but I’d still continue to do me and she’d just be another asset. I miss her sometimes but it also is what it is
Unless you had a really bad breakup, if she’s single she’ll probably orbit back around eventually. I’ve had exes pop back up several years later.. Retribution sex is the BEST. Then you can ignore their all her communication attempts afterwards
kevin smith the breakup was a little different. Not rough but not smooth (if that makes sense) it was kind of just distancing ourselves and it just led to not talking. Wasn’t much trying to “talk things out”.. it just pretty much ended. Since we split, she has moved to another state and as far as I know, she’s single and happy. She was miserable when I was with her due to her own family issues (daddy issues) and being lost in life. We still don’t communicate but I wish her nothing but the best and I send her love thru distance. My gut tells me I’ll see her again and things will be better. My ego will try to tell me to brush that off but it doesn’t feel right. Idk, man.. I really don’t want a relationship with her off the bat if we do come back around.. just wanna fuck and have no attachments.. you know?

I got rejected not too long ago. I did no contact and just really focused on myself by working out, and learning other new things. Three months have passed, and surprisingly she’s been viewing my stories and reacting to my social media posts lately.
It’s really tempting, but no. I’m gonna maintain no contact and continue doing things I’m supposed to be doing. I’m really feeling like a better man than I was before.

the videos helped me out alot. i went thru a bad breakup with my ex, in a relationship that was very codependent. i really missed my ex but once i stopped caring and put more positive energy into myself, that shit was like an attraction. i realized what i liked, had my own life, and realized that i was fine with or without him. he was a great guy, but i let my insecurities get the best of me. when we broke up, i was a mess. but now i feel alive as i ever and happier, and he always wants to talk to me and take me out on dates again! it was a great relationship, but i think i needed to get my own life and be happy with myself before being in that relationship. My ex broke my heart and moved on quickly and At first I used no contact to try and get her back, she would reach out once a month seeing how I was or for small talk. Not going to lie, I did no contact for manipulation and as a hope to get her back but after being about 4 months into NC, I can care less if I get her back or not. The more time has gone on, the more I'm good with being alone. I lost my identity to my ex and I feel like I'm getting it back. I don't hit the gym and I'm not out crushing it financially but I'm not sitting on my ass all the time either. I work on my vehicle I've been putting off and learning another language and learning guitar and I go running and kayak. Basically it's been a time for me to do things I've put off. It's gaining knowledge and learning new things and gaining confidence.
Once you know who you are, you'll know your value and self worth and you'll never want to lose that again. That's being an Alpha. That's how your next serious relationship has a real change when it comes around. It's not about being ripped like the Arnold Schwarzenegger and putting women in their place like some dick. No! It's knowing who you are and what you stand for. You can still be the old you. What you were is how you got a woman in the first place but you lost yourself and gave away who you were and she took advantage of that. Women will more than likely respect you if you respect yourself. You are the prize! Know your value!

I’ve commented on one of your other videos and as of last night I’m doing the no contact on my partner as she thinks I’m bluffing when I say I’m irreplaceable and I know my worth, she broke us off last night due to her family problems, I’m definitely not sitting around the house as I’m in furlough with my current job which is where I met my spicy señorita, I’m out and about with my mate working 10-12 hour days for nothing im volunteering and I thank his boss for allowing me to travel around with my mate and my partner knows I’m working as I’m just helping him out to get myself out of the house due to this covid19 virus, wish my luck guys because this little lady is very special it’s just circumstances that have pulled us apart as you are all aware that your not allowed to see each other due to this world wide pandemic, trying to keep a relationship going for 10 weeks of not seeing each other is really hard and I thank my partner for giving me the opportunity to be involved with her for the time I was who knows what will happen afterwards

Caroline Stacey personally I’ve worked on myself since the age of 18 - mine was a long distance during Covid so majority of what was going wrong was the distance & lack of physical intimacy. I was super stressed because I felt our relationship dying - I’m from Australia where we have 100% international travel bans so we hadn’t seen each other for 7 months & we had no clue when we’d see each other again. I got super stressed & anxious so it was toxic towards the end - nobodies fault just distance killed us.
Rest assured I work hard on myself daily and I have for close to 10 years.

I have lived this through, no contact only aggravated my emotions made me more needy. I became needier and asked her to talk to me. Eventually she became so rude that It killed anything left in me. I started to heal 1000x times better. Now If she returns and talks back, I can definetly say I will not be needy again. So guys the best thing to do is to end things bitterly. Because you should not leave yourself a reason to contact her.

But if you don't have a reason to hate her then your mind will start lying to you about how good personality she had or she will never hurt you etc. I couldn't believe how did my mind play these games to me after she broke my heart bitterly. I still want closure sometimes but I remind myself of what kind of bitch did she become and it passes. I wish you good luck on this. Stay strong, we have a lot to do.
