The right people will gravitate toward you and your energy. Argonaut you and me both, man... especially when we were going to get married. But that’s just it, we started dating when she was 19. So for her entire adult life she was in a committed relationship. Possibly Grass Is Greener or Quarter Life Crisis but also had some personal things that was preventing herself from being confident and forgiving. I can mind read and overthink about it all day but what’s done is done. We had a great relationship, learned a lot from each other and grew together. I love her and she loves me and if we end up working things out then that’s awesome, if not, I’ll live. She’s an amazing woman and I wish her the best.

To everyone going through a breakup let me tell you it WORKS. At first I wanted him back and I was doing it to get him back but in the process i healed and when he came back i didn't even want him. It took a year but it happened and he's still chasing I'm not spiteful or seeking revenge i just have no feelings for him. Stay strong,your heart will heal.

No contact accomplishes one of 2 things. 1) you get your ex back.
2) your able to move on from your ex and begin dating again.

In my case no contact helped him move on. Out of sight, out of mind. No contact doesn’t always work when trying to make the person miss you. No contact is actually meant to help YOU! Help you move on and rediscover yourself again. Love yourself again.

“No contact” is essential in a relationship of narcissist abuse, to free yourself from the mental toxic bonds that keep you attached to the abuser. This is kind of a different context and the two should not be confused.

Great advice. I went no contact and actually had time to process all the red flags that I've been dodging. They hit me hard too. But going no contact will help you value yourself. We give our power and energy away so freely externally, by actually going no contact you'll realize how much you need to heal, grow, and focus on yourself.🙏🏾

The real reason of no contact is, when the person you were with changes the relationship and dumps you, and takes you to the curb like the trash, goes back to an ex or whatever reason they had nothing for you, so why even think about them chase them or anything in that matter ...you will be just a fool!!! and push them away more, , No contact can also mean that the person will think about what they have done and if they have any feelings that are true for you they will reconsider...If you text them and call them and chase them you will turn them off more my experience ..Let them go for good like they have died !!!!! The guy I’m dating has his own life, even though we’re all indoors right now he takes a few hours to himself to do something he enjoys & then texts me back. That way he isn’t needy and has something interesting to talk about... but when guys ‘pretend’ to be busy or pull away/act uninterested, we can feel it and it makes us lose interest as we know they’re not being real. The key is to genuinely busy yourself with something ... maybe watch an interesting documentary, read, work out, go on a walk, anything! Then when you want to talk, TALK! We love a man who is into us and let’s us know, is positive and caring, but has his own life and isn’t dependent on us! It’s the most beautiful energy but it has to come naturally :) I hope this helped.

I have been victim of ghosting or this manipulative 'no contact', what I realized as it extends is that it helps you fall out of high intensity love if that was the case, helps you emotionally detach, the pain and exhaustion drains you out of energy to feel anymore for the person...all thanks to them...this new energy of self love takes you over... making the image and impact of the person too bleak and almost nothing
The no contact is the end zone for me. Usually when exes try to come back, it can mean a few things...1. He’s lonely 2. The sex he had with you was amazing when you two were together and misses it. 3. He’s testing to see if you would be his back up booty call. Definitely understand what you are saying I just got out of a pretty harsh relationship, and at first I was just sitting around doing nothing feeling super down on my self but then I started really focusing on my self my health what I want out of life being more productive and helping my family more I can honestly say I haven't been this driving and motivated in along time having a strong mind and purpose and really focusing on your self can get you through any of life's challenges.

Hi Brotha, from what I've experienced & studied, the No Contact "rule" was actually derived from abusive relationships & designed to break the trauma bond created with a toxic partner. In particular, disordered individuals who often times fall into the category of Cluster B Personality disorders-i.e. NPD, sociopaths, psychopaths, etc. Usually the victims of these people are codependent and lack self-love. The bond created by their abusive partner is similar to having an addiction to drugs. The chemical component as well as psychological and mental, cause one to be addicted to the other person. No contact is similar to complete abstinence from a drug. I started watching your videos because you have awesome content in regards to focusing on the Solution- which is self-love & self-worth. Most videos on abusive relationships focus way too much on the problem and not enough on the Solution. So I'm grateful I came across your channel. If you're open to some suggestions, I would start or continue to maybe research about some of these disorders- including toxic people and emotional abuse & manipulation. It may enhance your ability to help others and widen your range and audience. You're definitely on the right Path, for sure. Well done, young man.

This is SO true and I agree! I’m literally in a situation now where it seems like the guy I’m interested in likes to lag and it would bug me. It would send me down a rabbit hole of endless questions in my mind. I have no idea what he’s up to and who knows if he really is busy. And I am NOT a petty person. I don’t like playing games of “oh he didn’t text me back for like 2 hours so now I’ll make him wait 5!”. However I’ve gotten to point to where if I lose him over this then I know what this really is. I messed things up pretty badly. I must say when we first broke up I tried no contact and he started reaching out, but it was not because he wanted me back, it was because he must have seeked comfort. I ignored him at first and later started replying that I needed space but he wouldnt give me space. Later we just had fights every time we got into contact and now he has a new girl friend. I was still focusing too much on him after the break up, looking for ways to get him back, getting too much jnto the manipulation things like no contact. I now have learned a lot, and you should really focus on yourself after a break up. My first break up sucked, real hard. It has been 6 months it still hurts a little. Just make sure you really DO things you love and keep yourself busy. An ex is an ex for a reason, if he/she breaks up with you fuck that person. They dont deserve a single inch of your love. Do not be afraid of new tbhings, you cant keep running back to the past just because jr feels familiar. Create a new life with new familiar people

@@esmesal6006 I'm glad you're doing okay 💛 Honestly no contact helps best, especially not checking their social media and feeding yourself new information you won't have any benefit from (my biggest mistake). I stopped checking and feel so much better. It's normal to have some moments you think of him. He was someone important in your life. What counts most is not sticking to those thoughts and not making them a big part of your life. We gotta put our energy into the things that matter, and amazing things will follow.

She keeps texting me. Every 3-4 days. She left me and slept with someone else 2 days later. This was about 3 and a half weeks ago. But she won’t leave me alone, even though she is adamant that she has no feelings for me. She broke me, and left me on my own to pick up the pieces while she texts me for an ego boost when she’s down. And I just let her do it. I don’t understand what to do from here. My mind says forgive and forget, but my heart believes in her and us. These situations truly suck. You spend a legitimate stretch of time with somebody ( 2 and a half years in my case ) and then one day it’s just gone. They’re a stranger. It is truly awful and I hope everybody finds their peace. I hope one day I can correct all of my mistakes with her, as I truly love her more than anybody, and I know where it went wrong. Now I have to let her walk and do her own thing. I have a different theory.
I think being unatainable (busy) is a trait of people who are in the right type of energy, mentaly healthy and fit people. They have energy to splurge wherever with whoemever.
People might mistake the fake not taking up contact for you actualy having “a life” or things going for you.
The opposite, contacting someone boy or girl all the time will come across as needy because it is. If you want peoples attention this is wanting and not giving. People dont want to be forced to give all the time. They want reciprocity (of energy and of being seen) in their relationships.

I know this is meant for guys but this helped me. I was recently seeing someone and he pulled the plug because supposedly I was too clingy. Well first of all he was clingy in the beginning and he told his family all about me and his mom made food for me. Then I let my guard down and started getting closer and I guess he freaked out. So I told him I respect his decision and left him alone. This was 9 days ago. But now I'm confused because he watching my WhatsApp stories. Like if he wanted me out of his life why is he watching??? Anyway I hope no contact works and he'll come to his senses. Thank you so much.

Girl I feel you 100% on this. We were seeing each other unofficially for 3 months. I met his family, his friends, been to his mom’s house twice. He wore his heart on his sleeve in the beginning and then I think he started to fall away while I tried to keep it going. Then he ended things with me. But after a week of no contact, he texted me again. We talk again now and see each other but not on a serious relationship level. We are keeping it chill right now. But we still don’t talk that much over text. I’m usually the one starting conversations. It’s actually quite confusing but I do hope you guys figure things out! During my no contact time, I was “living and thriving” and my social media’s and I think that may have triggered him to text me. Whatever it is tho, you’ll get through it!
