    • @TheBluestflamingos
      @TheBluestflamingos 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +457

This sent me down a rabbit hole regarding the legality of the menstrual blood thing. In the US (the county I live in and am most familiar with) it would probably hold up as some kind of crime, but you could go a couple different ways.
      Also #Not_legal_advice and #I'm_not_a_lawyer
In any case where there is clear malicious intent it would probably be classified as assault. Basically any contact intended to cause harm to a person can be defined as assault, so spitting in their food, for example, or adding ingredients that will make them sick would qualify. I don't imagine the courts would care to make a ruling that "magic isn't real" and would instead focus on the material aspects. Intent to harm *was* there, it's assault.
Shit gets complicated when malicious intent is not clear. Adding some menstrual blood to their spaghetti with the intent of making them love you more probably won't meet the criteria for proven malicious intent, so assalt is out the window. States vary on laws regarding food tampering, but most agree that it's illegal in some way. Perhaps "crimal mischief" if they don't have laws regarding "food tampering" that cover non-disease-carrying body fluids. Minnesota, apparently, is ahead of the game and made the specific act of putting body fluids in an unsuspecting person's food illegal after a case in which a man served his boss coffee with semen in it. So, uhh, point Minnesota, I guess.

I had a friend in high school who wanted me to do a love spell for her to get together with a guy she had a crush on. I, too, made spells in my school days. One year, I got a bunch of love spell requests. I never made them before, so it was a new experience for me. I had pretty much made some for the whole student body (it was a small school). Well, it turns out I made the wrong kind of love spell. It wasn't romantic love, but familiar love spells. No one got dates, but everyone at that school really felt like family

So, I have been practicing witchcraft for probably 7 years, and I will say that you are right for sure. People have corrupted the meanings and intentions behind many spells and it is sad to see uneducated people spread misinformation and ignorance about witchcraft and it’s beautiful properties.
Love spells that involve forcing someone to love you are corrupt and selfish, this will be taken into account by karmatic law.
Real love spells like the ones I used to practice involve casting for love to come to you, and it is more like a charm. You don’t need to make someone specific love you, you need to be bringing in love and opening yourself up to the potential it brings by casting, and then you can have a successful love spell in which you have not broken the laws of karma and your relationship will likely be healthier.

Tulpa is a concept originally from Tibetan Buddhism and found in later traditions of mysticism and the paranormal of a materialized being or thought-form, typically in human form, that is created through spiritual practice and intense concentration.] Modern practitioners, who call themselves "tulpamancers", use the term to refer to a type of willed imaginary friend which practitioners consider to be sentient and relatively independent. Modern practitioners predominantly consider tulpas to be a psychological rather than a paranormal concept.[ The idea became an important belief in Theosophy.

By trying to use a spell incorrectly you could corrupt it and cast it completely wrong. This can result in awful things happening, and I can never determine that for sure but my biggest advice to any baby witches is that the “love spells” that you are normally seeing are obsession based and can only end badly.
When you are contacting other worldly power you must always remember to be patient and wait for the right time and the right message. You cannot expect good results from a rushed and unpracticed approach. Please use what you learn wisely, because the laws of Karma will come back for you when you least expect it.
      P.S. MEDITATE.!.!.!.!.

as someone who was raised highly religious in "the witch culture" (witches can come from multiple different religions) and fully believes, most, of theses things (the pop culture god or whatever was just unhinged and ridiculous) I, and my family, find theses TikTok "witches" highly insulting. I honestly had to keep pausing the video and just cooling off for a bit because of how infuriated I was. a lot of it is fake but the ones that our real are the worst because they are doing things that directly go agents the culture and doing s*it that, like you said, doesn't exactly help our reputation, doing love spells specifically, because TikTok seems to be oppressed with them, our only to be done by or for those who consent to it, its kinda like a way of marriage but for your soul, (the real ones not whatever the girls were doing with sanitary pads), it is a unconventional now days but no less respected. and I hate the whole twin flame nonsense, I believe in twin flames and they are incredibly rare because unlike soulmates, twin flames are a soul that grew so powerful that it spit in half and in the next life will the flames come back to create some powerful thing as there life purpose, and just like soulmates DON'T HAVE TO BE ROMANTIC, they can but its not a requirement. also its a instant connection for BOTH (or more) people, its latterly just love at first sight, that is all it is at its core there's no convincing the other person the second they saw you they knew just like the second you saw them you knew. I whole heartedly hate "witchtok" all it dose is spread misinformation and hateful real information. im not even going to comment on the last part of the video, just what in the woman's rights do you think your doing. thank you for covering this topic though, even though your not, to my knowledge, a "witch" :>

I am Native American and am of traditional Pagan-Wiccan belief and must say how incredibly disappointed I am. This completely demolishes everything we as a community are working for, we are so misunderstood as devil worshipers and nut jobs, things like this are what make it harder for me to publicly share my beliefs. Our main motto is “if one is not doing harm, so mote it be” which pretty much means “if your not hurting anyone do what you want” and it hurts to see people disrespect it and use this incredibly misunderstood religion for clout. These are not my people, may they learn their lesson in another life. Much love to funkyfrogbait for being respectful towards us real ones of the community and understanding this is not us.

This is different than an individual claiming to use “ black magic”. It’s just a way to seem mysterious, more powerful, and trying to justify their lack of ethics or moral standards.

As someone who does Oracle card readings, you nailed it on the head. Card readings, whether tarot or oracle, are tailored to be a very personal experience. You want the recipient to be there with you, so that energy is filling the space, some readers even allow the recipient shuffle the cards so their energy and questions are being directed into the cards being shuffled. Online doesn’t create that, it blocks off all emotion and energy, not to mention, devices create an energy field that could interfere with the said reading. Essentially these TikTok witches are just reading them selves, if you really want the truth.

What does it mean for this energy to fill a room, or enter cards? No love spells, no spells at all really. We both got tarrot readings about our love lives, and while I don't believe in those things, sometimes things can't be explained sometimes. The twin flame thing goes even deeper and scarier than tik tok. There's a literal twin flame cult where people are allegedly coerced into staying in bad relationships, pressured into pursuing relationships with people who have made it clear they're not interested (to the point where members have been arrested for stalking) forced into relationships they didn't want, and there's even accusations that they are coercing people (who are not trans) to transitioning. All while being emotionally and psychologically abusive and taking their members' money. Also the leader thinks he's a reincarnation of Jesus. Because of course he does. Both Netflix and Prime have really interesting (and by that I mean horrifying) documentaries about it.

The funny thing about the twin flame stuff, is that the actual belief states that you are *not* supposed to end up with your twin flame. It’s not just like a super “soulmate.” Your twin flame is essentially the other half of you, but like looking in a mirror. They will tear you apart. It’s supposed to be a learning experience. You learn about yourself from your twin flame, but in the most painful way. Like learning a fire is hot by getting burnt. And they don’t always have to be romantic connections, it could be a best friend or sibling.
It really irritates me when people take these real beliefs and misconstrue them so badly. It’s harmful, and it waters down the actual belief. Like when it was a trend to say “x is my spirit animal!” when a spirit animal is a native american belief with deep, spiritual meaning. Not a cute animal you like.
    Anyways, love your videos funkyfrogbait!!

@@ilmianafirmantika8079 So it’s a concept in Greek mythology, Hinduism, I believe ancient Egypt as well, but I haven’t done too much research into Ancient Egyptian culture and beliefs.
They are all a bit different but along the same lines. In Greece, Plato believed that humans were originally created with 4 legs, 4 arms, 2 hearts, 2 brains, etc. but that the gods felt humans would be too powerful and ended up splitting us in half, leaving us to wonder the earth in search of our missing half. In Hinduism, the concept is shown through Shiva and Shakti, and is understood as one soul between two bodies.
It’s very possible that many other cultures share similar beliefs. The term “Twin Flames” itself is not used in these cultures though, it was coined by an English author named Marie Corelli. It’s used today basically as an over arching term for the concept shared through many cultures.
It’s definitely hard to find information out there that hasn’t been romanticized about it because it comes from cultures that are so old and rich with history. I’m no expert myself! I just try to do my best to learn the actual historical and cultural beliefs that these spiritual concepts stem from.

I lived in washington state, and my friend took me to thier weird church for a nighttime service. Here are things that happened:
1.they wanted to burn a lone NIV bible for the blasphemous crime of not being a Kings James version.
    2. They belived that Wizards Of The Coast was run by real wizards.
    3. They attempted to exorcize my autisim after the extremly awkward Tug of war game.
4.the reason I went is beceause my friend had a dream that I was possesed or in danger by the devil. Her mom believed that she was a prophet.

@charadreemurr4839 ya Christianity can get really really weird. I was going to a private Christian school so this happened around 6th or 7th grade.

@@alchemicmercury I went to a Christian public school until 7th grade. Nothing crazy like that happened other than forcing the entire school to go to church once a month during school and had one day a year when we went to church and prayed the entire rosemary ceremony. I'm an atheist now and never want to step foot in anything resembling a church again.

@@charadreemurr4839 cool! The Christian school that I went to (I went to two actually, but this post happened in the first one) was in the Westcoast and was Baptist (allegedly). Church was every morning after the "Pledge of allegiances" one to the American flag, and then to the Christian flag. It was some wild times.

You should do a whole video about twin flames, it goes far deeper that this, there were stories about people stalking women and then saying it's okay because the woman is their "twin flame", I'd be happy to see a vid about this topic
