It is Emfimastic PU50 and it is used to reduce the vibrations between parts mainly.

NEVER USE A GRAPHITE PENCIL ON ALUMINUM. It is as bad as using a scribe and corrosion will eventually occur at that location.

about 19:10 in. There are film marking pencils without graphite, but that looks like a run-of-the-mill HB pencil, and I would not use it int that way. Sharpies for me, mostly.

Approx. 6000 rivets and insurance, you need to check with your authority.
