Thank you for sharing the wing construction process. It seems to be a simple process. Do you plan to offer other kits besides the Dingo? Your website shows a number of interesting designs.
Hello Glen, our company is focused on more segments in aviation. One of them is the development and certification of new aircraft. That is the reason we have worked on many projects. Just now we offer only DINGO as a KIT hole-to-hole. Maybe in the near future, we will come up with another KIT hole-to-hole let's see. If you are interested in something special or you have more questions please send us an email to: jan.jilek@futurevehicles.eu
24,5 h hours for the upper right wing. So 3,5 days. It was logged by our customer. That was the first wing, and the rest of them go faster because you know how. You can check the info from him here www.dingosupport.eu/community/wings/upper-wing-assembly/ it is copy / paste from our facebook group here: facebook.com/groups/dingoaviators more info about dingo here: www.futurevehicles.eu/dingo-en/
We use 6061-T6., which has quite good corrosion resistance. For our inland European climate there is no need to use any additional corrosion protection. Of course, it is not bad to use additional protection. Especialy if you plan to fly in more agresive climate. We sell kits and each builder can use what he thinks is best for him. We don't limit any better way to assemble the kit.t.
This is sentence from our website: The airframe is riveted from sheets made of aluminium alloy 6061 and 2024, which are commonly used in the aerospace industry. Please have a look for more info here: www.futurevehicles.eu/dingo-en/

It is only a general tutorial about how it is assembled together. Detail manuals are provided here www.dingosupport.eu/, and each builder will do it as best as he/she can.

How thick is the aluminum in the main spar? I think it's so fine.
Hi, CB. Remember it's a biplane
You can download full 3D model here and measure it :) www.dingosupport.eu/manual/
little mistake, if parts have aluminium, all wings frame need paint zinkcromate BEFORE build all full, can paint wings full inside good.
