Glad you likie RSV. I'm from Thailand, and had RSV rear set installed free of charge by RSV for my CBR 650F. They practically do any custom rear sets for any bike.
Thanks Tremonte, I ordered the same rear sets for my 2009 ER6 and really appreciate this video on the install. It really made the job a lot easier. Thanks again and ride safe.
Rotating that banjo nut on my '15 was stiff as hell, you make it look so easy. There's tension now on the piping as mine did not want to swing that way round! Great vid though, wouldn't have realised you needed to rotate the thing without your vid.
Hey Tremonte - i am looking to buy these for my z650, hate how the stock pegs are in the way - do you think these will help with that issue? Also, do you know whether I would be able to still install a quickshifter down the line without issues ? thx
Man those look excellent. Really appreciate the content you've been providing, as I've just recently purchased a 2017 Z650. Pretty much all of my parts research kept leading me in some way to your videos, making you a mandatory subscription if only to save some time in the long term.
Do these give the bike a sportier riding position, I have. 2017 ninja 650 and don’t care for the upright seating position. Did this make the seating position more leaned in?
Anyone have a clue on stock z650 right rear set replacement? The swing arm bracket bolt is the main mount for this, so is it basically a swing arm removal as well?
look pretty awesome, aside from cost (Woodcraft) is there any other perks outside of comfort and adjustability? I ride a 2013 ex650 same set up as your project bike only more fairings
Nice job, I enjoy watching your vids. One comment, it’s the shifter not the clutch lol. I’m a bit of a stickler on that but I’ve been doing this for 48 years. Love your enthusiasm.
Tremonte one thing I like about your videos is you seem to plan them ahead and don’t have a blaring intro so it wakes everyone up in the house when I am watching while they are sleeping. That, and you don’t do a bunch of yelling which I find annoying. Keep up the vids and if you ever have any questions let me know. Like I said, I have been doing this for 48 years and have had over 100 bikes in that time.
I had the opposite problem. I found plenty of parts for the 06-08, but barely anything for the 09-11. They changed the frame and the fairings after 08, so everything is different. The engine and gearing, wheels will interchange, but barely anything else.
Hi Tremonte, I saw you purchased a rearset from RSV Racing in Thailand. I placed an Order on their website last week and still haven’t received a tracking number or shipping confirmation. Did this happn to you? Do you still have the contact e-mail of the guy you talked to? I appreciate your help. Best regards, Eduardo
I had no issues at all. I emailed first before ordering due to being out of country, at which point they invoiced me through paypal. try emailing rsv_narin@yahoo.com I had nothing but great communication with him. The shipping info is not standard, as it comes via Thai Post and sometimes hard to track.
Hey @Tremonte did you order those directly to the US? When I try ordering from their website, it doesn't allow me to calculate shipping with my postal code. I'm in contact with them but did you do anything different?
@@Tremonte thank you, got them ordered. I have a tracking # but can't understand if it's been shipped and how long it'll take. Did it take you a few weeks?
track.thailandpost.co.th/tracking/default.aspx?lang=en I used that to track. Took a couple days to get to the US, then over a week to clear customs. So, about two weeks.
Do you happen to still have the stock right rearset??? My peg broke off when I dropped the bike instead of folding in and I'm riding on my front brake and a dangling foot, I will buy it from you if you still have just message me a price
This particular model will only fit 09-11. Narin makes and sales many different models. It would probably be best if you emailed him and asked. His email is listed at the bottom of his website. The link is in the description of this video.
Nice.. I want it for my kawasaki er6n too. Cant u help me by giving address, contact num for the store and how to purchase the footrest from Thailand . Please and tq.
You must be on commission because I've ordered a set and have been waiting for 2 months. Must have sent them a over 10 emails. They are slow in getting back to you and just left me in limbo. The worst company I've ever dealt with.
Install begins @ 7:53

Did these rear sets bolt right up to you 2009er6n
@@jestonbeaty7900 Yes, I don't remember having any problems, the rear brake line may need to be replaced depending on your suspension setup
hotrabbitsoup awesome thank you so much!!

Sorry you didn't get a reply, if you use something like healtechs easy quickshifter these rearsets would not affect installation

Great looking product! The install was awesome as always!
I wish you would have shown a before and after of you sitting on it and the angle of your knees/ height of your feet. Dang.

Did you ever figure this out? I need to replace the brake pedal.
Do you know what socket size the nut that secures the oem rearset to the frame is?
GOOD MORNING I AM INTERESTED IN THIS PRODUCT, IF THEY FIT A NINJA 650R 2009 AND IF SO, HOW CAN I BUY THEM FROM MEXICO
Do you still have the rear passenger brackets?

Yeah. Weight reduction. It’s a pretty big difference.
Super informative as always. Nice job!
Thanks man
You got yourself a new sub. The video production quality has improved greatly!
Did you happen to know the weight or weigh the rear sets compared to the oem? Nice video !

Tremonte No problem, if you ever get over to Smithville TN let me know and I’ll show you our twisties!
Would that work for an 06’ 650r?
Just wondering, Will the Rearset for 2012-14 fit into 2021 Ninja 650?
Did you ever find out?
@@mightymike20I'd like to know too
Do you happen to know the difference between the 06 and the 09 models? all parts i find only start at the 09 model...

How much was these rearsets?
Love to see if it does
Question, were you charged import taxes when you ordered them from RSVRacing? I'm about to order a set for my 2010 650r. Great vid btw.
No. There weren't any extra charges or taxes.
Can you do this for the z650?
Hi Sir, Is Rearset Z650-17 comaptible with my ninja 650 2020?
I would like to know also where to purchase one for my 2020 650

I dont think the foot pegs are tractable, which is too bad.

got a discount code for them?
I have a 2015 ninja 650 abs. so you think these will mount up to that?
