    Estou voltando aqui pra dizer que fiz esse desafio por 7 dias e perdi total de 6cm de barriga e 5cm de braço, durante os 7 dias perdi 3 kilos com reeducação alimentar.
    Vou continuar com esse exercício por que é maravilhoso e viciante.

    Oi pessoal voltei com a resposta desse treino top eu estava com 95 de cintura quando comecei hoje depois de 7 dias que se faz hoje medi com a fita métrica e estou com 90 de cintura perdi 5 centimetro tudo de bom ❤

    Just did this, I found your channel yesterday and I like it. It's fun and I actually didn't give up like I usually do. I'm trying to get fit and everything before I go to military at the end of the year, I'm a bit overweight but hope this exercise helps along with others. 🤗

    Voltando pra dizer que fiz o desafio de 7 dias + reeducação alimentar (cortei doce, aumentei consumo de água e substitui pão por torrado há integral) e adorei o resultado. Perdi 2.500kgs, 5cm na cintura e 6cm de barriga! Comentem pra eu voltar aqui semana que vem. Iniciei em 02/jan, hoje é 9/jan

    i am 61 and thought i would never even finish this 11 minutes. but before i knew it, it was over! thank you, i am hooked and have been looking for something fun for cardio and it also exercises almost every part of my body. not sure i did all the moves right, but i was so happy to do them! feel damn good! thank you 💕

    Ok.. So ,I accept this challenge... i am going to write about my daily experience
    Day 1:- I was trying to do a coordination but I was really more than my speed.. But still I didn't give up
    Day2:- I am very sweaty.... I done the whole workout with them.. I can even feel the pain of stretching today
    Day3:- My waist is aching and I was sweating like hell today
    Day 4:- today, The right side of my waist was aching more than the other side.... I was sweaty... But It was a fun today

    Me encantoooo esta mini Rutina, me hace sudar muchísimo ... La hago de 2 a 3 veces seguidas, para completar, de 20 a 30 minutos... Se trabaja lo que me interesa bajar, (abdomen bajo y alto) ... Recomendado al 100...

    From my first attempt I was supprised with the sweat I got. I enjoyed it so much that I did it twice. On day two I had the same sweat again. Day three ( today) I did it twice again because I enjoyed the sweat so much. I intend to do this for 21 days. Anyone wants to be accountability buddies?!

    Começarei hoje segunda-feira dia 23 de outubro ,tenho 69cm de barriga e 32cm de braço.
    1•Dia: ✅ , não foi muito fácil,os 11 minutos tornou se em 30 minutos 😂
    2•Dia:✅ foi um pouco cansativo
    3•Dia:✅
    4•Dia✅ comecei a ver os resultados o inchaço sumiuu.
    5•Dia:✅ ficou até fácil
    6•Dia:✅ fiz os exercícios sem problema
    7· Dia:❌não fiz porque tava com preguiça 😅
    Conclusão: No início pode ser cansativo e dolorido mas , realmente funciona, perdi 4cm de braço, e 6cm de barriga e quase 3kg e meu abdômen definiu mas também fiz redução alimentar e pulei corda 2x por dia e fiz Mini abdominais.

    This is where I will keep track of my workouts and for any other people who want to see what the results are like. My goal is to do this workout for 3 months,everyday, doing 1 set.
    Day 1: I was sweating a lot and the coordination was hard for me at first but I got used to it. After the workout my stomach hurt.
    Day 2: Today I did the workout and it was much easier, time flew by. I really enjoyed it. My stomach hurts a little bit but not as much as yesterday.
    Day 3: I'm starting to get the steps and I genuinely enjoy this workout.
    Day 4: ✔

      Claro que sí sirve y lo mejor que te moldea tu cuerpo, te lo recomiendo mucho todas sus rutinas son buenas

      Este es el comentario que buscaba🤗 en otro video de estas rutinas dejé un comentario preguntaba si estos ejercicios sirven para estilizar... por los movimientos de abdomen , cintura y brazos...yo he empezado a hacerlos y es justo lo que buscaba entonces🥰🤗😘

      Eu também tive muito resultado por isso não perco um exercício. Foi um excelente acho no TH-cam para mim hoje em dia voltei a usar o meu 38 com folga e minha área abdominal está mais rígida. 😍😍
