I'm not American and I've been following americans for years now on TH-cam and let me tell you this is the only house I fell for!!!!!! It is SO unique and beautiful, it has a diffrent vibe and I know that Angela's hands will do magic to it ❤️❤️
We moved about 2 months ago into our new house, we were really excited that it came with a pool, but after 2 months my parents are over taking care of it and are going to sell it in the spring. Its above ground, I dont know what kind of pool yall want to get, but it's a lot of work (maintaining the chemical balances, sweeping, vacuuming, etc) so if you want the pool but dont want to deal with the daily upkeep, maybe think of getting someone who can take care of it, or have your kids learn how to care of it (I dont do it alone, I have help from my parents, but my brother and I help take a load off). Btw the house is so gorgeous and I'm so happy for you!! 💕

House is beautiful! I can see the vision. Growing up in Florida I dreamed of a pool at my house. There is so much yard space I hope you decide to put the pool in for the kids like they want. I know in the past you said pools make you nervous, but they can be safe with fencing. You live in the south, your kids are going to spend the majority of their time at home with each other and you, a pool could be used for a large portion of the year.

The little details in the columns. Everything looks so clean and perfect. And it got all your wishes about a huge property suitable for animals? Not to cause any offense, but I don't think a nine person family without super busy jobs and serious wealth could afford a four bathroom villa with that much property, everything up to date and ready for move in, where I live. A great way to keep the mosquitos away without affecting good pollinators is to plant certain types of plants around the house such as lavender, marigolds, citronella, basil, and rosemary. There are lot of others too, if you google “plants mosquitos hate” you can find lists. I noticed you talking about the annoying bugs on the other channel so I thought I’d leave this here :)

OMG Angela! It's absolutely beautiful!! We just moved twice in one year from our old Annapolis home of 39 years to get closer to our grandtwins. They have some pretty horrific health issues that are absolutely heartbreaking. But we are now right across the street from them. So I definitely know how exhausting moving and remodeling can be. Woah! When you started the video, I already got the vibe of a realtor or even a reporter on location. I definitely wasn't disappointed. The bathrooms! The balconies! The kitchen! The little details in the columns. Everything looks so clean and perfect. And it got all your wishes about a huge property suitable for animals? And maybe your parents and a place for Rosie to move in as an adult? I can't believe this house isn't from a dream and you really do live there now. Gorgeous garden and all. Not to cause any offense, but I don't think a nine person family without super busy jobs and serious wealth could afford a four bathroom villa with that much property, everything up to date and ready for move in, where I live. It's awesome to see you love your dream!

A great way to keep the mosquitos away without affecting good pollinators is to plant certain types of plants around the house such as lavender, marigolds, citronella, basil, and rosemary. There are lot of others too, if you google “plants mosquitos hate” you can find lists. I noticed you talking about the annoying bugs on the other channel so I thought I’d leave this here :)

OMG Angela! It's absolutely beautiful!! We just moved twice in one year from our old Annapolis home of 39 years to get closer to our grandtwins. They have some pretty horrific health issues that are absolutely heartbreaking. But we are now right across the street from them. So I definitely know how exhausting moving and remodeling can be. I love your video's. They give me something to look forward to and take my mind off things for awhile. Can't wait to see your progress. Good luck with everything!
