I have all boys with my youngest being 16. A big thing for him is any kind of tools. Also, the fingernail kit would be great with tweezers. He is a robotics kids that gets metal slivers in his hands. I also give them chap stick in their stockings.

I think it's a week this year because Thanksgiving is late, so the shopping season is cut a week short. This is their workaround to that. But I love these videos. I find some of my family members hard to shop for. These videos help.

I think retailers are doing Black Friday "early' - i.e. before Thanksgiving - because it's the absolute last possible day it can be (always the 4th Thursday)! Christmas is gonna sneak up even faster than normal this year.

Oh my goodness it's crazy how lenient it is here in Alabama. Every year all we have to do is sign a form letting the board of education know they will be homeschooling said kids. That's literally all we have to do legally, we don't have to prove anything or keep attendance.

I’m glad to see you’re not recommending Merit. I’m just going to say…I purchased Merit because they were highly recommended (and sponsored) by a few influencers. That stuff is TERRIBLE. I had a couple friends also try and it’s like grease and powder. The foundation is one of the worst I’ve ever tried. Their colors don’t match. Weird shades. It’s like that makeup you get when you’re trying to be a clown on Halloween 😂 even the woman that are wearing on their channels look like greasy little clowns. I’m sorry. Just saying this in case they reach out for a deal!

I’d love to know what your favorite cleaning products are. We don’t have a mud room, our back door opens into the kitchen. The kids and the dogs bring in so much dirt! I vacuum the rooms but I’m in a constant search for a good broom and standing dustpan.

I got my husband the ear camera last year and it was his favorite gift! He uses it all the time 😂 I looked into buying a Tonies set for my kids a few years back and decided to go with the Yoto player instead and I'm really glad we did! We have some friends with the Tonies box and I definitely prefer the more streamlined Yoto. The cards are much easier to store than the Tonies figurines and we've been really happy with the card selection. (And there are blank cards that you can put any music or audio that you own (or buy). We're probably buying a second one this year for Christmas because our younger kids fight over it!
