I changed the battery on both keys today on a 2011 Mazda MX-5. First time owning one. Afterwards, none of the buttons on the keys worked to unlock/lock the car, so used the manual flip key to unlock the driver's door, then the hazards started flashing. What am I missing? Left the car for 5 minutes, came back, put key in driver's door and turned clockwise + anti-clockwise 10x times, then got in and started the car.
That video would be a hell of a lot more informative if it explained how to put all the pieces back together that fall out of the key when you take the top off it. Anyone can change a battery.

I'm unlikely to ever need this video (after all, I have a Jaaag!) but it was worth watching anyway.
You'rs isn't a car, it's a big comfy couch with an engine 😂
@@SteamGeezerUK Fair comment!
Is it possible to do a video of how to change the battery on my Tesla. It's huge.....
Oddly enough, I actually do know how to do it. If you want to buy me a Tesla, I'd be happy to demonstrate 🙂

You heard it here first, folks... ;-)@@styrenehelp

Nothing fell out of mine. I think you might want to visit a dealer if that happened... 😳
