I get the latter at Costco, it's under $6.50/lb but when it comes on sale,you save quite a bit for the whole chunk. The Gouda is in fact lesser, if my memory serves me well. The Jarlsberg has no lactose, that's outstanding and I like its nutty taste.

I almost eat cheese everyday as daily breakfast routine with coffee latte. I eat 2 slices of raw goat cheddar cheese with Green Granny Smith apple 🍏 and it keeps my bowl movements regular, I like to much snack this meal with coffee latte that includes mct powder, taurine and healthy spices. 😋😎

I seriously doubt about these claims, I am french and if you compare heart disease and cancer rates in the Normandy are where they feed on cheese and the south of france, Normandy has a much higher rate of heart disease and cancer than in the mediterranean region

Jarlsberg is a mix of Gouda and Swiss-so buy both and eat them together? Depending on what part of the country you live in, buy three and spend $25-30. If it’s all about probiotics, it’s way cheaper buying a bottle of probiotics from one of the big stores. And tell our docs to stop telling us to cut down on cheese to lower cholesterol. It would be nice if the AI voice knew how to pronounce the names of some of the cheese properly. The wai it is now propotes ignorance of the English languages.

Someone needs to teach you how to pronounce these cheeses! For example, Jarlsberg is Norwegian and is pronounced with an American 'Y' sound instead of 'J'!!!!!
