      @@medicalmarvelsmedia3 , I'm unfamiliar with those except Gouda and Jarlsberg but I would like to give them a shot. I get the latter at Costco, it's under $6.50/lb but when it comes on sale,you save quite a bit for the whole chunk. The Gouda is in fact lesser, if my memory serves me well. The Jarlsberg has no lactose, that's outstanding and I like its nutty taste.

      My cousin just died a few days ago after a long fight against breast cancer. She was 83... almost 84. My Dad died of Diabetes complication when he was 82. I'm pre diabetes and I heard there's nothing I can do to avoid becoming diabetic in the future. Oh well?!, life goes on I guess.

      @@argent2020 if it's Type 2 diabetes, which, unlike Type 1 diabetes, develops from one's lifestyle.
      You can reverse it through diet.
      Exercise is critical.
      Avoid refined grains like white bread, white rice and some pastas.
      Dr Mark Hyman writes about "5 steps to reverse Type 2 diabetes".
      His article is online.
      He blames elevated insulin levels unchecked for decades from a highly refined carbohydrate diet, a sedentary lifestyle and environmental toxins.
      Dr Hyman is excellent. He wrote "the Sugar Solution" a few years ago...refined sugar being the root of most evil.

      @@argent2020 That is not true. My mother avoided it successfully by stopping to eat sugar/sweets/pastries and starting mild intermittent fasting. You can do a lot! Look into it. Sorry for your losses.

    I almost eat cheese everyday as daily breakfast routine with coffee latte. I eat 2 slices of raw goat cheddar cheese with Green Granny Smith apple 🍏 and it keeps my bowl movements regular, I like to much snack this meal with coffee latte that includes mct powder, taurine and healthy spices. 😋😎

    I seriously doubt about these claims, I am french and if you compare heart disease and cancer rates in the Normandy are where they feed on cheese and the south of france, Normandy has a much higher rate of heart disease and cancer than in the mediterranean region

      they recommend to go easy on the cheese. Cheese is perfectly ok in moderate amounts, but it is heavy in saturated fat and salt by the way. Cheese is not healthy food, I love cheese but try to control my intake which is hard

    I. Love cheese but have avoided it because I keep hearing dairy should be avoided
    I am actually lactose intolerant so I have limited amounts of goats cheese

    I understand that not all cheese is good against cancer, and it is not the cheese but the nisin that is in it as a preservative .One and a half to two ounces of this is also recommended (Camembert, Brie) Is that true?😊

    😅Dr Li, I freeze my cheese. Will that kill off some or all the good bacteria in cheese??? Wish I didn't have to freeze it. I will work hard to try not freeze it. Could you please advise???

    Apparently this is well intended. But if your AI voice cannot correctly pronounce the names of three common cheeses, how do we know we can trust the veracity of all you state? Jarlsberg is a mix of Gouda and Swiss-so buy both and eat them together? Depending on what part of the country you live in, buy three and spend $25-30. If it’s all about probiotics, it’s way cheaper buying a bottle of probiotics from one of the big stores. And tell our docs to stop telling us to cut down on cheese to lower cholesterol. Sounding more and more like you want us to choose between heart diseases and cancer. Is that really a choice? 0:03
