    Imagine here in Hungary that I bought Chinese beans on the market, they were dark brown and one half was tabby . When cooked, they swelled to 4 cm and were very delicious. I love it.😋❤❤

    A subject that depends on scientifically derived data deserves a presentation without an AI sound track and its attendant mispronunciations, without the silly flecks in the image as though it were filmed instead of being a modern video production and, most importantly, in this case, it deserves a proper delineation of the processes for removal of lectins.

    Please don’t forget to mention that beans are high carbs. So diabetics need to be careful. I am grateful for what you put out but somewhat concerned about what you omit ( in almost all your posts)! Thanks.

      Try sprouting the beans. Its very easy to do, and it lowers the carbs while increasing the nutrition.

      Try some Quinoa instead of rice. Grate sweet potato or pieces of cassava. A little fat like coconut oil.
      Buckwheat, Teff. There's pasta made of Konjak, cero calories.

      Soaking Beans overnight & pouring them off usually removes a lot of lectins_Beans traditionally always prepared this way

    • @susansmith9263
      @susansmith9263 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      Cooking beans can remove lectins.
      Soak for 5 hours and discard the water.
      Boil the beans vigorously for 10 minutes.
      Avoid crock-pots or slow cooker as the heat doesn't reach high enough temperatures to destroy the lectins.
      Healthy people can handle some lectins, as there's not enough in foods to cause problems, but people with MS or IBS may be more sensitive to lectins.

    Are Butter beans the same as white Beans ?

    • @medicalmarvelsmedia3
      @medicalmarvelsmedia3  หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Butter beans and white beans are not exactly the same, though they are related. Butter beans, also known as lima beans, are larger and have a creamy texture when cooked. White beans generally refer to several varieties of beans, including navy beans, great northern beans, and cannellini beans, all of which are smaller and have a different texture and flavor compared to butter beans. Thank for watching the video!
