I was sick with ME/CFS for 5 ½ years! I was on disability. Nothing helped me. I went on a no fat, no dairy, near vegetarian diet for 7 months. No change in the slightest! I was told about carnivore. Jumped in with both feet. I am off all meds, working again, and no signs that I was ever sick. It literally changed my life!!❤ 18 months in and I'm never looking back! 🇨🇦👍💪😁🥩🧈🥓🥚🧂

The only things I'm noticing are more mental clarity and better sleep but my energy is still low. I'm hoping and praying I have the same results you've had.

431 days as carnivore. At four months I was taken off of one heart med. After six months my second heart med was cut in half. After one year I was completely taken off of my last heart med. my cardiologist said, “You’ve done more the heal yourself than anything I could do for you. I want to see you in six months and if you are still doing as well I am going to drop you as a patient. You don’t need me anymore “.

Dr. Ovadia. I recently had a Takotsubo cardiomyopathy event. When I was being discharged the cardiologist said he was amazed at how quickly I was recovering. As I was getting ready to leave another fellow in the ward congratulated me and asked what I was doing to heal so quickly. I immediately credited my diet. We were then interrupted by a nurse who the patient then asked about nutrition. She recommended low fat, whole foods, lean meat etc. As I was leaving I pulled up your book on my phone and recommended he download the audio and learn nutrition from a cardiologist. He eagerly agreed. I’m hoping you saved another life.

Two more years and I'm 20 years out from refusing quad-bypass for a 100% blockage in my LAD. Heart surgeon agreed with me about strict diet changes instead of surgery in 2007. I've got alot of collaterals that grew around the blockage and this is why I'm alive. The surgeon stated hes never seen such great collaterals before. Fortunately I was able to teach my cardiologist not to resort to surgery with all patients. Had massive heart attack in 2004 which I shouldnt have survived. I was only 44 and a nurse that was eating good foods. I was quite surprised this happened. I do believe my issues came from cortisol release bc I was constantly under enormous stressors in my personal life that never stopped. I'm just grateful and blessed to still be alive. I don't believe the US government helps keep the population healthy and guide them in the right direction when they basically tell you to eat properly but feed you all the wrong foods? Organic food has a shortage because farming is being depleted. The US can do more farming and stop with the theories that actually harm more than they do good. Most everything in the supermarket either are loaded with preservatives, chemically infused color dyes (known to cause cancer), processed Sugars and worse Fructose corn syrup and an amazing quantity of sodium! It is a task to try to purchase something that contains natural sweetener ingredients, low natural sodium. It is so difficult that people just buy whatever and the results are terrible. Doctors ALL should march on the streets and demand better quality foods for the population, IF they really want to help with deceases, viruses and all type of health issues. There will always be illnesses, there will always be a need for a doctor, because there are many health deficiencies in humanity.

Patients fail themselves as well. while doctors do need to take some accountability 95 percent of the failure is the patients. they live unhealthy lifestyles and refuse to change and doctors know they won't change but they can't let them die it's against their code so they have no choice to start medication. to prolong life because it's their job. Patients need to make the effort first. i use to blame everyone for my overweight my bad health i use to blame the doctors for not wanting to help me and i was force to take all these meds damaging my kidneys liver. but once finally i came to the realization after a one-week hospital stay the problem wasn't the doctors it was me and not taking accountability it was me living a unhealthy lifestyle. eating out, eating lots of junk food. frying everything. high amounts of saturated fats. all it took was a simple lifestyle change. not a diet but change. first thing cut out all carbonated drinks and junk foods. second portion everything and not overeat. no extreme diet. no keto no carnivore diet, no intermitted fast or none of that BS you see on TH-cam or celebrities. just a simple balance and i work out 60min everyday alternating between low intense cardio and resistance training. 2yrs later and I'm in the best shape of my life no meds whatsoever. my doctor looked at me smiles and hugged me saying he was so proud of me and my progress and couldn't wait to see me in 6 months. now im not saying all doctors are good yes there are many bad ones. but honestly people need to be held more accountable for their unhealthy lifestyle and not put all the blame on doctors or pharmaceutical companies.

Yes, the patient is ultimately held accountable no matter they wish they can blame whoever they want. I couldn't agree more than that. In some degree, a doctor is like a teacher. A teacher is assigned to teach you how to do things but students have to figure out their future themselve. If we don't blame teachers for every sentencing, we can't *_ONLY_* blame doctors when one is sentenced to metabolic diseases in the same manner.

I went gluten free about 6 years ago and felt so much better in doing so. My husband came home talking about the benefits of carnivore. His boss has been doing it a while and was able to get off all meds. we do not take any meds and we are both in our 50's. We have been on Carnivore for 8 weeks now. The more I research and listen for videos I feel we are on the right track. I have family that have all kinds of RA, auto Immune, arthritis, heart issues, high blood pressure and I have just made up my mind to make a change in the hopes that we do not follow suit. I never got a diagnosis, but I am sure I had leaky gut/gluten intolerance. The medical system has failed so many. I see it every day with my family. I shared this video in the hopes that they wake up before its too late. Thanks

I got put on meds for hypertension about 4 months ago, recently had a follow up lipid panel drawn and was told my cholesterol was high. I also have disc damage, nerve pain, and OA. I met with the Dr. and handed him an article discussing the actual reduction rate of statin drugs from the Journal of the AMA. I told him I was more concerned about my metabolic than my high LDL. He stopped me mid sentence and said “I don’t have time for this”, and ended the appointment. I tried low carb and intermittent fasting a few years ago to help manage pain, and I’m back on it now. So far it is making a tremendous difference in my pain management.

I was strict carnivore for four years. I had a lot of joint pain. Being carnivore helped a lot! After three years a got some blood tests. I had high cholesterol and ldl. But very very low triglycerides. I gained a nice amount of muscle as I healed and became able to lift weights. In the last year I progressively lost my ability to eat as much. I’m very active with a hard manual labor job and more. So 3-5 pounds of meat a day was just maintenance for me. In the fourth year I was losing weight and failing to eat enough so I added rice and fruit and other things but still eat healthier than 99%, I’m sure. I did get bigger and stronger again and I feel good. I do get joint pain sometimes and then I just eat only meat for a few days and it’s gone

@@rajeshmaradi6572 I believe that high LDL is ok as long as you are not accumulating plaque in your arteries. There are different types of scans you can get that can see atherosclerosis, soft plaque, etc. A CAC scan(coronary arterial calcification)cannot see soft plaque, but it is a cheap and available test that could ease your mind to a degree. There are people who have had high LDL for decades who have a CAC score of zero. There are also people who have normal LDL throughout there lives who do have atherosclerosis. There are anecdotes of people who became carnivores and were able to lower their CAC score’s significantly, but I think that that was considered impossible according to modern medicine. Strict carnivore diet is not a context that doctors have experience with, so although it is wise to get tests, document, and consult with doctors, they are unlikely to have definitive answers. Some doctors will say that they know being strict carnivore is dangerous or deadly. I personally would not work with such a doctor, because they definitely haven’t ever studied a strict carnivore patient.

Carnivore has healed so much for me! I started off carnivore in hopes to reverse my fibrocystic breast masses that have built up over 6 years eating half a dry skinless chicken breast piece a day with half cup of broccoli and little bit of wheat noodles. We are told don’t eat very much meat- so the world is almost vegan just about. I would eat red canbbage too- cooked it and ate cabbage about 3 times a week. That was about it. So I was mainly chicken, broccoli, and little wheat noodles. So from age 40-46 I started getting all that “aging” health issue mess- and the fibrocystic breast “disease” started and kept building up! When I hit age 46 I was done with it! The fibrocystic masses were getting me scares- and I started getting huge painful breast cysts too! One was around 2” long and 1” wide! Docs would say, “we don’t know what causes fibrocystic breasts disease” and “fibrocystic breasts is now normal because everyone is getting it” and “fibrocystic breast could turn into cancer” and “there is nothing you can do for fibrocystic breasts” and “diet doesn’t cause fibrocystic breasts!” I was gaining weight too and by summer of 2022 I hit perimenopause at age 46 and got every symptom you could think of. My joints were hurting too, no sleep at night, dizzy at times, it was ridiculous! I know it had to be diet! Little did I know that all the other health issues I had all my life, in addition to this mess listed above, was all due to diet!
I went searching online and found the truth of my fibrocystic problem! Found out cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and asparagus) are all cruciferous veggies that block natural iodine absorption found in foods! And if you become depleted in iodine it messes up your thyroid which controls all- even hormones! And all organs need iodine including breasts! They swell if you are deficient! And I read these cruciferous veggies can cause cancer due to lack of iodine in body since they block absorption! Bingo! We are all being told to eat cruciferous veggies, that they can prevent cancer, and to eat lots of it including broccoli!! But in fact they are causing cancer and I truly feel it is causing all the fibrocystic breast cases that have been escalating lately that we are seeing! When I post about this and ladies write back saying they too had fibrocystic breasts, I ask, “do you eat cruciferous veggies, especially broccoli” and they all have said, “YES!”
I did more research and found carnivore! I Jumped right in! In 6-8 weeks I lost 45 pounds! My perimenopause reversed! In fact don’t even get PMS symptoms and my cycle is perfectly paced! And so much more reversed that I started writing it down! And yes, my fibrocystic breast masses shrank!
I share my progress because I want people to see how carnivore can heal so much and most of these things are commonly healed for many, not just me! I want to help and this is how I do- by sharing. No I am not paid to do this, I just want to help people see and be aware of what carnivore can do!
I do update this list as I have been on carnivore (more lion diet version) for 1 year and 10 months now. I feel this has helped so many decide if they should try carnivore. I always say go watch Dr. Baker, Dr. Chaffee, and Dr. Berry- my three most favorite doctors. They are truly amazing! I call them my carnivore doctors! ☺️
    * No more perimenopause- completely reversed!
*Period cycles all timed perfect with 4 week intervals. And no PMS symptoms, but only the actual menstrual cycle itself!
    *No more night sweats
*No more waking every 2 hours at night!
*It used to take me 20 minutes or longer to fall asleep at night when I would first go to bed at night- before carnivore. Now it takes like a minute or less. Haven’t noticed since I am out fast!
    *No more life long eczema
*No more cold hands (may have been Reynold’s disease, never diagnosed.)
*No more cold body temp in general! Used to feel like a reptile - only warm in texas sun. (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.)
*No more IBS symptoms (gas, bloating, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea)
*No more feeling low energy by 12pm and zombie by 4pm
*No more purple looking hands in winter (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.)
    *No more brain fog
*No more arthritis that I felt in hands, knees, and hips- or elbows
*used to have sore hips when sleeping on my side. No more!
*Lost 45+ pounds from former baby weight and peri menopause weight.
*Always had 20/20 vision with slight stigmatism- but in March doctor said my stigmatism is reversing!
*Don’t sunburn as easily anymore and tan well.
*Wrinkles around eyes seem to be much less. I am 47 and look like I am in early 30’s.
*Gums look super healthy. Dentist seems irritated as my teeth are not dirty when cleaning every six months. Think they know they won’t make money off me.
*No more sore chest from monthly periods- no swelling feeling of fullness or discomfort that prevented me from sleeping on my stomach. Now I sleep every night on my stomach!
*Fibrocystic Breast issues reversing! Almost all gone after 6 years of buildup!
*no cravings unless they are for meat
*no more angina symptoms before a period- which started about 3 years ago.
*No more feeling weak like almost passing out and dizzy around ovulation and periods when walking around.
    * no more fingers swelling- that started a few years ago- rings kept being tight- is pattern I noticed. One ring I had resized larger and it’s super loose now. Will have to resize smaller.
*feel stronger- now lifting barbells not just hands weights. Dr. Baker said since I am 46, and 5’7” at 122lbs- need more resistance training to add more muscle weight. . So bought a 47lb barbell off Amazon and have 90 extra pounds added to it. Will continue to progress with that.
*Before carnivore- i had started growing grey hairs in one of my eyebrows, few hairs at a time, but no grey in my blonde hair yet - but assumed it was coming. Now on carnivore I have had no new grey hairs growing in eye brows and still no grey hair in my natural blonde hair. And in the sun it gets super light highlights.
    * no more body odor!
    * I used to get a little anxiety with large crowds- like if attending special events- but since on carnivore I don’t get it that much.
*I was a bit OCD before carnivore, but so much more relaxed so barely like that.
    * I was a relaxed person before, but somehow am even more relaxed and never stress about things.
*Since I was a young child my sense of smell has been terrible. But not even a month in on carnivore my sense of smell has gone crazy! I smell things even far away! Amazing!
*no more allergies! I was allergic to cedar and oak pollens- and mold- but since carnivore I am no longer reacting to those outdoor pollens which is amazing!
    * I have had no more issues from ear wax build up. Had it twice after having kids and docs would say it was a hormonal problem. Carnivore cured that too!
*Veins in my arms look healthier. They were almost invisible before.
*Legs no longer hurt on longer road trips or plane rides!
*I used to get a popping sounds in my right shoulder when lifting weights. Was probably a pulled ligament. That is now gone!
*I have been lactose intolerant since I was a kid, and I feel my nails are a bit stronger than before. They do break if I catch them on things but I feel they are getting stronger on carnivore.
*My teeth look more white on carnivore.
*My blood pressure has improved on carnivore. 6 years before carnivore up to starting carnivore my blood pressure was increasing. Now on carnivore it is back to normal like when I was younger. Last reading it was 100/75 which is awesome!
*i used to get eye twitches in my eye lids, but that is gone.
    * at times when trying to fall asleep I would close my eyes and at times felt dizzy like falling feeling or spinning. But haven’t has that since I have been on carnivore for 12 months.
*the skin on the heals of my feet are no longer cracked and dry!
*little leak from sneezing or coughing that ladies get from estrogen dominance is gone on carnivore! Hormones balanced so no more estrogen dominance!
*The top inner corner of both my larger toes have felt a little numb for years. Never had it diagnosed. But being 1 year on carnivore I no longer feel that numbness! My nerves have healed in that spot on both toes! Crazy!
*My slightly receding gums behind my center bottom front teeth have rebuilt so gums all over are super healthy! I have flossed daily for years, but gums look even healthier!
*my skin on my face isn’t as oily as it used to be.
*My hair used to be super oily if not washed daily, but carnivore has regulated my hair so I can now go days without having to wash it- doesn’t get oily after one day like before! (Newest update added!)
Want to mention if you start to get any allergy symptoms further into carnivore you may have histamine intolerance. Happened to me if I ate smoked meats daily for months straight. Went back to baking my meats and all the symptoms went away! Look into histamine intolerance when starting carnivore to make sure you know symptoms and not to eat smoked aged meats daily like I did if you get symptoms. Eat smoked meats less often.
I do go outside daily for at least an hour a day during week and several hours on weekends if possible! I try to stay on consistent sleeping schedule of 6-8 hours of sleep and sleep like a bear!☺️
So there you go! ☺️ I hope this helps people on their journey to fins out what works for them! Carnivore is working for everyone that tries. Go watch Dr. Baker, Dr. Chaffee, and Dr. Berry! And go visit Kerry’s channel at Homesteadhow! We love him too! ☺️

I’m just starting out on carnivore, so I really appreciate this interview with Dr Ovadia. In 2017 I lost 40 lbs on keto, but lost both of my parents and started a high stress job, and gained it all back. I’m dealing with severe inflammation issues (arthritis, pain, etc). I’m hopeful that this will help with the pain and with my overall health and weight. Thanks again! 😊

I've been trying to share the importance of a carnivore way of eating with my husband. He's a T2D, and his numbers are getting worse after he had lost some weight a year ago because he thinks its ok to eat the junk foods. He keeps wearing me down after i had lost weight eating carnivore and OMAD.
I've resolved to forge ahead and not let him wear me down any more. So whenever I cook a meal for him, im cooking my hamburgers.
I tell him that a Heart Surgeon (I'm going to share this video, too!) wants him to stay off that surgical table. This book will be the best gift I know of to help him see this can be done & that im serious!

The studies don’t back up what he’s saying. Highly restrictive diets aren’t sustainable long term for most people. They’ve done studies comparing low carb to low fat. There’s not much of a difference. Both are better than the standard American diet. The main difference is low saturated fat, low or no processed foods. There is no reason to only eat meat, eat Whole Foods. Eating meats is fine, but eat plants too. It’s the lack of processed foods and lower calories that make carnivore look good. And tbh it’s better than processed foods, but it has high cancer rates (red meats) calorie restriction and processed food elimination are the key. The carnivore fad is just that. All of human history we ate a lot of plants, the hunter gatherer origin, was just that, they did a lot of gathering.

Excellent video. Concise and spot on. I started following several Functional doctors on the internet after receiving a poor score on a CAC test last year. My doctor immediately wanted to increase my statin dose but I refused and I changed my diet and lost 40 pounds. My bloodwork is now much improved and my doctor is impressed. My goal is to get off blood pressure meds and a statin but in the meantime I feel much better, have more energy and I now know a low carb higher fat diet is part of the healing process. At age 74, the damage to my arteries has been building over decades. I'm thankful I was able to discover information like you have on this video to save my own life despite being given no information on diet and its effect on my health by my primary care physician.

Hiya, I have eds too (classical) am 51. Had a bentalls with aortic valve replacement march 2023. They found I had a leaking valve at age 20 and had been keeping an eye on it for 30 years, probably born with the defect. Been a carnivore for a few years and keto b4 then. My cardiologist was amazed how quickly I recovered with zero complications and the wound healed quickly (good old steak) she called me the perfect patient and they could never find me because I was wandering round the hospital getting my steps in and healing! Went home and recovered on my own after 6 days, still carnivore 5ft 6 inches, 138lbs male and pretty ripped with v low fat. Carnivore for the win. Good luck. My brain fog is gone and soooooo much of my health issues are better. You have encouraged me to keep asking and not accepting that EDS will keep me from having surgery. I’ve already had around 23 and not a single time did I have trouble except for a bit is stitches coming out but that classical for you but I’ve noticed my skin is healing quicker than ever with different times I’ve had a sore or a summer bug bite so I would say that would be true after surgery as well now!

@@amyhosp so glad to hear that you are out the electric wheelchair and all the other carnivore health wins you have had. My surgery was a life changer for me as although I didn't really have any symptoms the valve was leaking quite heavily in the end causing the aortic root to inflate like a balloon and I was basically a ticking timb bomb, so for peace of mind alone it was worth having it done. I feel like 22 years old and its due partly to carnivore and partly to my heart working properly for the first time ever.
My eds was not a factor I took into account when having the surgery and apart from some dislocations and shoulder surgery it hasn't been too bad over my lifetime and I count myself lucky. At the age of 58 I’ve been very healthy but this spring I was diagnosed by a cardiologist as having a light case of pericarditis. He put me on a medication called colchicine and nobody seems to understand why but my blood pressure started to spike up to dangerous levels in the evenings. This had me visiting the ER and it started me on a quest to get to the root of the problem. After three months of investigation I’ve come to my own conclusion that I starved my body of sufficient minerals by installing a reverse osmosis water filtration system in January and the elimination of processed foods. My solution has been to add Celtic salt to my water and eat more of a keto type diet with animal fat included, despite my cardiologists suggestion to eat lean meat. I’ve learned that as a patient, we have to be our own best advocate by listening to what our body is telling us. Keeping my salt intake within the range of 1500 to 2300 mg has been very effective. Watching the Fat Fiction movie found on TH-cam video I’ve learned that the USDA has misled us with their food pyramid so as to sell us more of their grain.

Thank you for the show in bringing great doctors who had put their heart and soul in finding the real solution to treating or preventing the diseases despite risking their own business or risking their own career in some cases for offending the main streamers.
Keep up the good work and we need more great and outspoken doctors.
I am 100% supporter what he said here.

I have just started the Carnivior diet 2days in.
I’ve HBP 11yrs on meds) Low Thyroid (30yrs on meds & no improvement!) 28 lbs overweight - no matter what diet I do I can’t seem to loose it. 😢
I eat all the ‘right’ foods currently. Plus intermittent fasting - no breakfast. Don’t smoke or drink alcohol. ( prefer to eat my calories!) I also exercise - 3 dogs! & love my rebounder.
So pleased to have found you!
    Looking forward to healing! 😀

On 4/22/24 my last blood test showed my LDL AT 190. My HDL was 66 and my Triglycerides were
66 giving me an HDL to Triglyceride ratio of 1 which is a great indicator of no cardiovascular risk.
LDL is a vital to proper health and I’m glad to have it as high as it is.

Just re-started on carnivore. I weighed myself for the first time since I “fell off the wagon” last fall and was pleasantly shocked to see I have only regained a couple of pounds. We’ve avoided (mostly) sugar, seed oils and most processed foods since my first go at carnivore so I’m sure that helped keep the damage minimal. But since hub and I are both trying to improve our health and lose weight, we’re back at it! Always enjoy hearing from you and Dr. Ovadia!

I am worried about what I have grown up hearing and learning about cholesterol and heart disease but I am going to try adding more fat and red meats to my diet to see how it goes. Great news in your podcast. Thank you both!

This is a great video, thank you for sharing. So many think cholesterol is bad and eating meat will cause heart issues. We need more of this to spread the truth. I’ve been sharing my journey for 7 months on my channel as well, it’s just my personal journey but I think it’s important to share how it’s working. I’ve cured my depression that I had for over 8 years, less anxiety, no more fatigue or brain fog, less inflammation- I’m still healing and trying to find a doctor where I live to get my check up done.

I’m a very unhealthy 39 year old about to turn 40. High cholesterol. Very high triglycerides and been placed on a statin for 8 months now. Just recently threw my back out and can hardly walk. All I do is eat crap and binge eat. Really needing this carnivore I think. Of course worried about cost and getting started.

Cam get 60 eggs for like 12 bucks at Walmart. Get pre made Walmart 75/25 burgers. Get 3 dozen for 30 bucks. Get by one get one hot dogs, just don't get one with sugar. I don't care what anyone one says. Eat freakin whatever cheap meat you can. Need plenty salt enty butter when you start and need energy. Fat should be 2 to 1 minimum at least first 2 or three months. Pretty simple once you inn it. If you have diarrhea you are eating too much fat. Back it down and play with it. Each person is different. Obviously if you stool is hard then eat for fat. Trying to simplify thousand of hrs of research and a long time carnivore. Do it, honestly it isn't any more expensive than other food. I don't have money for 2 ribeyes a day either. which, by the way is perfect protein to fat ratio. Good luck

My anatomy professor back in 1985 told us roughly the same things about cholesterol. Hec days that it wasn't just the number, but that something caused the vessels to recognize cholesterol as a different molecule and would bind it. He also cautioned us on excess sugar, but said that salt was not the enemy that it was made out to be.

Good interview with lots of good information.
My father died from a heart attack at 39. I always thought it was from smoking and eating butter on everything. Looking back it was all the candy, soda, white bread, and other processed foods he was eating. When I approached 39 I was sure I was a goner but 15 years later I'm still around. I didn't eat as bad as he did. I followed all the low fat guidelines and even ate somewhat "healthy" as the weight kept piling on.
Five years ago I was LCHF and gravitated to carnivore over about a 10 months period. I wasn't as clean as I could be, I did have some cheat meals, but I still was able to lose 130 lbs during that time.
My body didn't respond to all the fat and fasting as well as other people in this space. I ended up with gallstones and sepsis from a gallstone blocking my billiary duct. I had my gallbladder checked four months earlier and there were no stones. Four months later and it was full of stones and diseased. Possibly from too much fasting or genetic? Not sure. After a second trip to the hospital, due to an infection at the incision site, I fell off the carnivore wagon. I gained all the weight back, and then some, over the next five years. I started carnivore again 2.5 months ago and ended up back in the hospital with pancreatitis from too much fat.
I still swear by and am sticking to carnivore, but I do have to watch my fat intake. It's frustrating that I can't have similar results like others, but I'm not giving up.
I'm not sure how much weight I've lost since I started again in April, but I do see things improving. No cheats this time!

I've heard similar stories it could very well be carnivore brought these conditions to a head for you...but so glad you are persevering on remember you need to eat smaller meals & more often because of your gallbladder until it can adjust wishing you well on your healing god is good ..

Did you get your gallbladder removed? If you haven't please don't. I'm 10+ years in experimenting with holistic health, I've done a lot of trial and error. I too have done a 3 day fast and had gallbladder issues right after. Try the hulda clark gallbladder flush, it seems woo woo but for me it defintely worked. Fasting can really tax the gallbladder, as toxins are released through bile. Fasting can defintely cause stones. BUT the afromentioned flush did work for me.

    • @red58impala
      @red58impala หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@@jjseibs23 Thanks for the suggestion, but I had my gallbladder removed. I was in sepsis and the gallbladder was diseased, full of stones, and the stones were blocking my billiary duct, which had led to sepsis.
I was fasting 60-64 hours multiple times a week, feeling great, but had no idea it could hurt me until it was too late. The doctor told me I could fast as much as I wanted after the surgery, but I went off the rails and went back to the SAD, for the most part, for the next five years.
I had done fine with fat since the surgery... until a few weeks back when I had a bout of acute pancreatitis. They told me to cut back on the fat. I have and so far no pain. I'm still eating fat, just not nearly as much.

@@cearilindubhlaoi9507 Thanks for the suggestions. I've done fine with regular sized meals and no issues with fat, until recently when I upped the fat content of my meals. I'm just not that hungry eating carnivore so I'm mostly eating one meal a day. If I had to eat multiple times a day, I don't think I could do it.

Thank you, Kerry, and Thank you Dr. Phillip for such amazing clarification on the diets that actually should be incorporated into our lives. A good question, I have and also many people I speak to have is, how do I know my actual heart condition at the moment? We know the steps to take to help prevent and guide us to a better healthy life. Now where we are also helps us determine how agresive we should work to reverse a condition that we may have or improve a condition that may not be that critical. Is eating the skin of the animal harmful? Thank you again and GB
