    Summary
    Direct:
    Cortex (glu) + SubNigra (D1)→ ↑striatum (↑Gaba) → ↓globus pallidus internus (↓Gaba) → ↑thalamus → ↑motor cortex
Note how the increase in gaba at the first step decreases gaba at the second step, effectively cancelling each other out.
    Indirect pathways:
    Cortex (glu) + SubNigra (D2)→ ↑striatum (↑Gaba) → ↓globus pallidus externus (↓Gaba) → ↑subthalamus (↑glu)→ ↑globus pallidus internus (↑Gaba) → ↓thalamus → ↓motor cortex

as always, great for my med studies...confused, when you want a strong contraction of biceps you increase the signal to its corresponding cortex area, but at the same time you increase the signal to the corresponding triceps area, which as a result contract as well, which works against the movement of the arm.

Dr Noah holistic healing herbal medicine is the best to treat Parkinson disease, i have been batheling this deadly disease for years now knowing full well my days are numbered. My Doctor prescribed some medication for me (Levodopa) which I was taking to help subdue the disease, at a point I was off my meds and the disease started to kick in.
I decided to do research for an alternative cure which leads me to a blog where a patient was testifying about Dr Noah herbs, i was overwhelmed and ought to give it a try. To my greatest surprise i am free from parkinson with no much talk get in touch with Dr Noah via:

Quick question. With the neurons dying off, how would adding dopamine help? Without the transport vehicle, where does the dopamine go and how is it used? Is it flooding the neurons that are still “good”? Is that why carb/levo eventually stops working - bc all of the transport vehicles are gone?

The D1 sensitives neurons are sensitive to mostly M4r and D2 sensitive neurons possess M1 & M4 in my knowledge. I'll appreciate very much your explanation about this contradictory effects of ACh-Interneurons on D1 sensitive or D2 sensitive striatal neurons. Greetings

You said direct pathway stimulates agonist and indirect pathway inhibits antagonist. Dopamine by it's action stimulates direct pathway inturn stimulating and intensifying agonist and inhibits indirect pathway and inturn antagonist are stimulated. Isn't it? Then what is the use of activating both agonist and antagonist simultaneously
