I am not a frequent participant in commenting videos..but your videos have genuinely compelled me to do so..I just love the way u first describe anatomy and physiology moving towards pathophysiology and treatment. Plz never stop posting this stuff..U have been such a great mentor to the medical field..dozens of appreciations for this effort!!!✨
i had SAH stroke in 10/2021..Now I understand why I had vasospasm and why I had external ventricle drain and why I lost left side of left eye field for both eyes (left homonymous hemianopia)-Thank you-Of course I listened to your brilliant lecture on SAH stroke.
I always return to Ninja Nerd when my exams approach, and this far it´s been working out, so grateful for these videos, perfect in every way and you guys give us students so much. A huge thank you!

Hello ninja, I'm a master's student from Iraq. I really like the way of explanation, and I hope you will do a series of lectures on molecular genetics 🙏🌹🥺
As a person that doesn’t do medicine but biosciences even i found this helpful and this is literally my main source of learning I don’t even look at my lectures because they go through topics very separately i love how you section it. And use imagery copying out the diagrams whilst revising helps to visualise it and remember it much better. THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊.
I just came across this channel and am so glad I did. I am currently an NP student doing clinicals with neurology. Your breakdown is so helpful. Gratitude from Arizona.

17:11 I think there’s little mistake there because Weber’s syndrome (CNIII palsy with hemiplegia) Claude’s syndrome (CNIII palsy with ataxia) and Benedikt is the combination of both And thank you so much guys for these great videos!❤❤
Love you videos, they have helped me over the years since my first year. A suggestion though. I used to concentrate better and understand better when you used to write as you go instead of pre-written on the board.
Hello ,at 13:40 right Mca infarct neglect left side of body and ipsilateral visual field means right visual fields.please correct me if I am wrong thank you.
This is Sue…wife; 1st thanks so much for this video, I had a TIA a few days ago. On the 28th, but I still have symptoms, R arm drifting, speech a little slower & some slurred words. Had Stat CT, had MRI, no bleed or damage in brain. Labs not sure of these, had Echo today. So Drs. on point with test …was in hospital 24hrs. BP good , heart rate ok, but low at sleep (>60) so he reduced heart medication by half…smile a little off. My concern is (symptoms still) seeing Dr …Cardiologist on Wed./Thursday Primary Dr. Follow-up…headaches &neck pain. What questions do I ask Drs.? Is what I’m having normal for some people???
Please explain how the new perispinal entanercept procedure ( which was a double Blind placebo controlled clinical study by Griffith University in Australia is helping stroke victims regain and improving their deficits. Eager to hear your explanation.
New neurology hospital nurse here. Two questions though that Ive been searching online forever for: So many ischemic stroke pts arent eligible for tpa or surgical intervention, and we just give them aspirin and atorvastatin and monitor. Many pts and nurses think this is supposed to help them, but from what ive gathered, this is used just to prevent another ischemic stroke. Is this true? Also, why cant these meds treat acute ischemic strokes? A relative situation is how aspirin is to be immediately given for myocardial infarcts. MIs are caused by Stemis and Nstemis. Nstemis cause partial occlusion yet still cause infarction of cardiac tissue (side note: I have no clue why aspirin is given with a stemi). If most ischemic strokes are caused by thrombotic plaques then why cant they help improve blood flow and help resolve the penumbra. (Also, can we even accurately detect full occlusion vs partial occlusion in the brain?). Thank you.
Hei Ninja, for students who have not English language very fluent so it is not easy to follow your videos without subtitle texts.. we need your lectures. we hope you a nice day.
