Purine Synthesis Regulation

In this video I have explained all the regulatory enzymes in purine nucleotide biosynthesis regulated by allosteric modulators. Most regulated enzymes in purine synthesis are PRPP synthetase, glutamine phosphoribosyl amidotransferase, IMD dehydrogenase and adenylosuccinate synthetase. These enzymes in purine biosynthesis are regulated by feedback regulation and positive allosteric modulation.

why only Nucleoside diphosphates (GDP , ADP ) is inhibiting PRPP synthetase ? Not Nucleoside Monophosphates or triphosphates ?
