      @@mandoo1396 Oh, I see. It’s really awesome they live stream theirs so everyone can see how it all works, plus, see just how many creeps are on the streets among us. 😳 I’ve always been one to strike up a conversation with anyone in line at stores, etc., but after watching court trials, bond courts, and things like this for years, I’ve been thinking for awhile now, how I need to let up. Thank you for explaining.

      @@addie_is_me most do NOT return. Many but not must. And offenders that are released after the age of 55 years old have a very very low rate of recidivism. It's important when you're in forums such as this you speak facts over feelings.

    • @addie_is_me
      @addie_is_me ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@lockdownpublications3169 people age out, I’m well aware of that, not sure why you think there is a low recidivism rate. If you break it down into categories, murderers on average don’t return, SO’s, drug related perps, people held where there are no programs, etc, return over and over. Yea, though aging out is a big one for people changing, quitting drugs, doing what they need to so they don’t go back.

    I think whenever they have these zoom meetings, they need to make a statement that if you are on zoom, you must sit down or something because this walking around the cameras going everywhere. It’s very distracting.

      I feel it’s strange, as well. I feel she probably knows sign language, but does he? He could get a lot past her without her knowing. She obviously gets disability, which is perfect for ex-prisoners to have a place to stay and make a living for them. I hope his family will be there to help keep him on a straight path, but, if he takes a job away from them, he will have her far away. They can’t be there for everything and every choice he makes. I hope for her, he has learned his lesson. I also feel so bad for the victim. How horrible to be shot at. Traumatizing!

      This guy was just creepy. The way he had his head kinda tilted and how he looked up at whoever was speaking, his eyes...idk, just gave off major scary creep vibes. 😬 I don't trust him at all and I think the board made the wrong decision, I really do. He'll be back, and sadly more ppl will probably be affected. I pray for them and his wife too. I really hope I'm wrong, but again, this guy just doesn't sit right with me and I can't quite pinpoint one exact reason why. Please let me be wrong!

    Interesting video. On one hand he's been punished for a long time and has done things to earn trust within the institution showing he may have changed. On the other hand what about the victims who still may suffer from PTSD for life based on being robbed at gunpoint and shot at. Difficult decision parole boards have to make. Keep up the great work and keep them coming, you deserve a lot more subscribers.

    He chose the life he wanted. When the crime is still effecting the victim so much that that they are brave/angry enough come to the parole hearing to voice their opposition, maybe the inmate has not had enough punishment. If he has come a long way he could be released, but I think with very tight restrictions (they pay for) so the victim wont have to feel afraid. I think that would be fair.

    Wow!!!! A lot of victims!! They really gave him a lot of time and I’m sure deservingly so! 11 victims 😱😢🙏🏻
    It’s hard to tell how these offenders will do being released but I guess if the board felt he’s been rehabilitated who am I to say he hasn’t. I guess time will tell, I’m sure these people are like a wild caged animal getting out and so many temptations. Hopefully he and others given a second chance will do the right thing 🙏🏻
