This guy is legitimately scary.. When he was questioned about the altercation with his girlfriend, he repeated the thing about the party as if he was trying to make Mr. Roche understand what his girlfriend had done wrong, instead of being remorseful and regretful about what he had done wrong.. some people can be rehabilitated, not all
I got the same feeling. Some people are that direct after having gained understanding of their crime but I don't think he even believes he did anything wrong.

But before I can feel good about it you people need to stop bringing up my crimes. I am working very hard to put them out of my mind and forget about them. I'm 50 years old and my mommy said I'm mature now and will take me in and give me everything I need.

They gave him enough hope to choke on there , I really felt like he was going get out for min , commited the crime when he was teenager and is now 50 yrs old . He has definitely had time to think about Whqt he done and to do everything he can to get parole. If it wasn’t for that one write up with cell phone something like that he would’ve been going to the program and getting a job etc . The world is so different nowadays then what it was when he was teenager. IMO he wouldn’t know what to do when released where everything has changed so much over last 30 years. He probably won’t be seen again until 4-5 years from how his last hearing was. The warden definitely went to bat for him and helped him grow into better person. I can understand why they denied him parole but he should make it next time along as he stays wrote up free

And if God is going to be blessing anyone it should be anyone who might unfortunately come into contact with this playa.

The way he repeated what the altercation was over very confidently, as if Mr. Roche was a moron who just didn't understand what his girlfriend did wrong, and he was trying to make him get it, was legit scary. This guy's a real treat
These warden's nowadays are pouring it on a little too thick! I wonder if non-rehabilitated inmates are a negative reflection on them. I no longer trust some of the different warden's recommendations, such as the first case. Good Lord!😳
This parole process is part of our system. And it's a touch job to say the least. I agree with each of their decisions for different reasons

I picked up 247 pounds of walnuts in my yard couldn't belive it how many there were and I didn't do the neighbors yard that buts up to mine I ran out of bags and there probably is about 30 to 50 pounds still on the ground
I really don't understand the American system, when the judge give them a life sentens, then they don't have to stay in jail for the rest of there life ??? They can get out on parole ? WHY don't they have to stay in jail like the judge wanted them to ?

I hope this guy hangs in there. There's no doubt in my mind that he could be helpful to a lot of young boys who need his kind of help. There are so many young offenders out there that are doing some really bad stuff. We need him on the outside helping our society turn these young man around that are getting in trouble. And we need a lot more like him.

The 2nd video his full term release was 2045 that’s 29 years weird number why wouldn’t it be 30 years. His good time date is 2024 which is 8 years into his sentence. Most states are different on good time release etc. Everyone of these hearings I’ve seen It’s like inmates serving 20-30 plus years there good time release isn’t even half of there sentence. state is for example 1-10 ur eligible for parole after 1st year could get it could not or they can deny inmate until they do 5yrs half the sentence then they could release them long as they havent had Any major issues while locked up etc .
Now for this second guy Mr Fremin is completely clueless when it comes to dealing rugs. He was trying to make a big deal over what was his biggest sale and wanted to know if he ever made a $100. deal. If he knew what he was talking about he would know these street dealers don't make big sales. They sell to 100 guys or more a day and they are selling a ram for that $40.
