Dave, great recipe, very innovative, & you know broccolli is my 2 grandaughters fave veggie, they will think this is the coolest thing in the world,lol, & these would be good dipped in more cheese sauce, which i'm guessing the 2 grand daughters , ages only 5&3 will want.
Several people were asking how to make these without the bread crumbs. An alternative would be to either eliminate the crumbs all together, or use some Keto-friendly cauliflower snack crackers crushed into crumbs.
