Anyone who has issues actually selecting the faces in this tutorial should simply do the following: 1. Be under Object Mode 2. Right click > Convert To > Mesh 3. Go to Edit Mode 4. Press "3" on the keyboard to select faces and now continue from where he left off.

Nice one bro.. may i give some NOTE for viewers here : for start make sure you apply image as add ons in EDIT>PREFERENCES>ADD-ONS then search image, then check list. With that you can import image as plain text

blend mode is gone in 4.2, how are we supposed to do this in 4.2? this whole tutorial is scuffed for 4.2
