    Boy, did I get lucky?,…my wife insisted on adopting a dog from one of our local shelters. He’s 80lbs, and he loves to go for a run/walk every morning, like clockwork. Guess who’s being dragged at the other end of the leash?.., Me. Since we’ve got him, I have lost 40lbs in the last 6 months. No more aches in my joints. I Love this dog!!!

      I've always told my Mother that my dogs have saved my life. WHY...they helped me with depression and stress. When I go through stress I walk more instead of starting smoking again. At one time I lost my job I walked my dog 5 times a day for a while good thing he was young enough.

      Ich auch nicht....when it hurts. I walk. 200 steps. Ok. 800. Ok. 2000.....Berlin I come back....day by day. Not to much eating a,sip of wino. Not to much....streching.....praying.....laughing....i am old no meds...each year blood work. No trust in doctors. It's a business....frontdesk drones always. Busy.....good bees...alles,liebe

      @@sosad9381 biocell hyaluronic acid will regenerate gums in 2-3 months. Just take 2-3 capsules of brand - doctor best hyaluronic acid (includes collagen,chondroitin). can be found on amazon.
      It also cures herniated discs, back problems and 90% of sciatica within 6 weeks. cured my severe sciatica in 10 days. just took a couple capsules. it regenerates the gel in the discs.
      put 1/8 to 1/4 tsp of borax in warm water. wait until cloudy water turns clear. it turns to boric acid in stomach. i take some in morning and some in evening. experiment with it about 5 days a week.
      instead of having to make it every day, i just put 1 tsp in glass of water and divide that over the week into another glass.

    At age 67, I was in the hospital bleeding to death with two ulcers in my colon from taking NSAIDs for arthritis pain. Lying there bleeding while doctors and nurses came in my room in haz mat suits, I knew what I had to do: over the next 8 months, I lost 60 pounds (went vegan) to reduce the weight on my joints, started doing arthritis exercises in the pool at the Y to build up the muscles around my joints, and started taking turmeric for inflammation. The results have been remarkable. I've kept off the weight, feel amazing, and only take tylenol occasionally for pain now.

      I take turmeric daily and have also lost weight going vegan. First thing I quit was all dairy and I mean ALL! And within weeks I was out of my wheelchair.

      I take turmeric too, but what really seemed to help was getting these blended hydrogenated poison oils that they put in foods out of my diet! Sweets and chips cause inflammation in the joints, but now I’m rolllerskating with minimal pain at 54 so I’m excited!

      I lost my weight by going on a High Protein low carb diet. I am also sensitive to Naproxen and all NSAID. I also have ulcers. I take CUMCURIN the active part of turmeric in golden milk. I replaced Turmeric with cumcurim in the mixture. I now sleep like a baby.

    Y'all named my top 3 tips for avoiding joint issues! I would add, cut the sugar or anything that promotes an inflammatory process and make your exercise regimen priority over almost everything else. I'm 71, a two-time cancer survivor, I dislocated my left knee twice, I have AC joint dislocation, SC joint dislocation and I still ride my bike and go to the gym regularly. Basically, if you sit, you die! Y'all are awesome!

      If you sit you will die this is what I tell my wife who has RA and her doc only gives her pain meds, she has always been inactive and now in her later years of life it is taking away her quality of life.

    I swim 1-2 miles, 5-7 days a week. I walk on the treadmill to get some weight bearing exercise. I avoid sugar and foods that cause inflammation. I love your informative videos. You two crack me up.

    My grandma told me years ago, if you get arthritis, don't sit down. Once you sit down and do nothing, you'll never get up. I loved that advice and took it to heart. There's days my fingers, knees and back are killin me, but I get up and move!

    Lol.. lol… what do I do with the severe arthritis in my FEET, knees, SHOULDERS … after 43 yrs ICU NURSE?? Retired this year .. & exactly what you say… I have to keep moving… but man do I snap, crackle , POP!! & power naPs Are life savers!

    The best advice I can give anyone based on my own experience is to exercise and do the RIGHT exercises if you injure a knee or whatever. I injured my right knee about 8 years ago by doing (low) squats. I went to see a biokineticist and she prescribed a whole set of exercises, which I quite diligently did for around 6-8 weeks. My knee recovered fully. Fast forward to around 5 years ago, and I suffered a pinched sciatic nerve which resulted in severe pain in my right leg, especially when walking. Back to the biokineticist, and armed with a new set of exercises, I went about doing them for around 8 weeks, and, great, full recovery.
    I am now 67, exercise 6 times a week (only about 30 mins per day), and have no pain.

    I was a competitive athlete ( hurdles) and ran for 51 years. I now have arthritis in my spine and giving up running has been very tough. I walk but it just isn’t the same. I tell myself how fortunate I have been and I have to look at the big picture.

      You will love Nordic walking. It’s a hell of a work out but without the running. Truly try it you will love it. It’s harder than it looks. And will give you the same result as running.

    I was advised by my doc to to stop eating sugar and grains. It was really hard at first, but now I eat meats, green veggies, berries, olive oil, butter and pretty much nothing else. It has made a huge difference in my life. Love your videos.

      @@georgetteanton5677 That's a tough one. Too much red meat does appear to be a problem for arthritis sufferers. But a diet without red meat can easily result in vitamin B12 deficiency, especially if you're older, which can bring on some baffling symptoms. Try having red meat occasionally, not regularly. And consider a B12 supplement if necessary. Not too much: 250 mcg is probably about right for most people.

    Thanks for the video I am 35years old and have done nothing to make my arthritis better and watching this video gave me a wake up call on doing something. I complain a lot but I don't do anything to help with pain I was taking nsaids and stopped because I thought medicine wasn't helping but now I am going to stay active and eat healthier thank you!!

Ok so at 69 - ran for about 40 years- developed arthritis in lower back- MD said, - “your running days are over.” I loved running- 🙁Discovered the rowing machine and I love it!     I sure like these guys! Wonderful videos, doctors! My wife has fairly serious arthritis in her left hip, and was on a waiting list for a hip replacement. It slowed her down and she began to put on weight, horrifying for a formerly active person. She also took a lot of over-the-counter painkillers, which come with risks. But we had an accidental discovery: we started slowly shifting our diet more and more toward being flexitarian, that it, more vegetarian with a small amount of meat and fish. We're gardeners and grow a lot of fruits and vegetables anyways. Because we like it, we ate progressively more and more cruciferous vegetables: mostly cabbage, broccoli etc. and mostly but not always raw. It became a daily thing, making a coleslaw for lunch but changing it up to keep it interesting. I'd say we're eating cabbage six days out of seven.
    Slowly, slowly, over a period of many months, my wife's pain began to recede. She tapered off with the painkillers and started to get more active again. She is not free of arthritis, mind you. This is not a cure. She has the occasional hip pain at night, especially if she spends too much time on her knees in the garden. She might take an Advil once a month or so. But she has voluntarily removed herself from the surgical wait list and has decided there will be no new hip joint. She's very happy with the way things have turned out, because everyone we know with joint arthritis has gotten progressively worse. Oh, about a year ago we both started taking modest doses of daily vitamins D3 (1000 I.U.), K2 (150 mcg) and iodine (800 mcg) as well. And we are ramping up our activity levels, doing lots of hiking, bike riding and yard work. We have a set of weights and plan to get back into a bit of weight training. Losing the weight is not easy, but it's slowly dropping. My wife is 76. My message: don't give up! There are no guarantees this will work for you, but do consider trying it.

    When I left an active job, my hip began hurting within a couple of months. I began bicycling and the pain was gone three months later. You are so correct with all of this advice!!!

    Thank you for all of your videos. They're very informative and the presentation is fantastic! I lost 30 pounds (now 158 pounds) and the difference for the better in my grade 4 knee is amazing. My go to exercise is walking. Some days up to 5 to 6 miles and other days 1 to 2 miles. I also do isometrics especially on days when I don't get to walk the distance I want.     I was told I have arthritis like every where now and osteoporosis that is now osteopenia upped my calcium And D and I take an injection 2 x. A year! Doing joint food and I go in the ocean water on a noodle. I have now a torn meniscus and arthritis in one knee. Surgery they said that! but I’m putting it off just had steroid’s injection in both knees. Starting to hurt again after 1 week. I do take Tylenol and never thought I would be doing this at 70! All the physical stuff I did my why life. Love you guys!

    I was diagnosed with RA a little over a year ago on top of already being on 3 different heart medications for high blood pressure and premature ventricular contractions. Decided to take control of my life/health. Decide to change daily habits. Started walking small amounts each day. No up to 5 miles every morning! Cut carbs and processed foods. I have lost 60 lbs since July 1 of 2022. Feel better than I have since my 20s and I'm 58 now. Small focused changes can save your life.My joint pain is almost nonexistent since exercising daily. It's not only better physical health with less pain but also better mental heath and better focus. Daily life is so much better now. I focus on my health every day!

    I’m 8 months post knee replacement & lost 2stone to have my op.....makes a massive difference physically & mentally. No easy fix, but so worth trying. Unfortunately I have arthritis in most of my joints & my back, but if I don’t do stuff I just seize up.
    I grow veggies, so it keeps me active, but have plenty of days when I just can’t do much.

    Your video is spot on! When I am stiff/sore I start off slow because of the pain, but after 5-10 minutes my joints feel significantly better. My doc suggested walking sticks. Using those made it possible to get past those 5-10 minutes and also straighten my gait (best $50 I have spent in a while). Thanks for all the great information and happiness!

    Eat a anti-inflammatory diet rich in nutrient dense foods…protein and quality fats are a must. Stay active, move throughout the day not just for a short period of exercise, make movement a habit. Do this and the weight issue will not be a weight issue.

    Your videos are brilliant. Thank you, so very much, for all you have achieved in making the complex comprehensible; the fearful thought preceding a procedure less traumatic, and sharing your own experiences with the viewers whom I am sure are also very grateful for the honesty and humour with which you talk about medical matters. In 2006 I had my first total knee replacement which was so good that I willing had the second TKR four months later. Since then I have found walking is, for me, by far the best form of exercise, and have managed to do between 5km and 10km each day. On those times when illness has prevented me from going out I walk in doors listening to an audio book. Within a few hours I have achieved my goal and feel all the better for the exercise. For anyone having a TKR remember that no matter the pain following surgery, although careful pain magagement will take off the worst, to daily do the prescribed exercises, for the more you manage to achieve in the early weeks and months the better the outlook for an active and painfree future.

    I found that prolonged fasting is a good remedy for arthritic pain. It's kind of a threefer on the effects, first you're losing weight because of the fasting, which relieves some of the strain on the joints. Next, because you've lost the way you're more active, and third just the fasting in and of itself I believe reduces inflammation and thus reduces your arthritic pain.

    I love this format. This subject will affect all who live long enough. Range of motion, strength, balance, staying hydrated, diet, keeping a healthy weight , staying active, emotional and spiritual well being are all important when it comes to preventing or managing arthritis.

    What helped me was a whole food plant based diet without salt oil or sugar. Feeling great at 56. I had more aches and pains in twenties, more drinking and smoking in my forties but stopped 10 years ago and now I'm doing really good.

    Great advice! I was running 5-7k almost daily for years and added capoeira practice later on. loved doing both. I ignored the minor aches and pains and ended up destroying the medial meniscus in my left and tearing the lateral one in the right knee. I was told I grew a little bone spur when I saw an orthopedic surgeon and that did it. Grr. Only if I wasn't so stubborn and addicted to the highs from training. Lesson learned, the hard way.

      @Momo - but most people with a torn or damaged degenerative meniscus never ran a mile their whole life. You are ascribing your meniscus tears to your running regiment instead of taking into account that it could have been a normal part of your aging process.....something to think about. My dad was plagued with all sorts of joint issues even though he was sedentary all his life.

In many peoples case, that may be true but in my case, I’m still in my early 30s and had knee surgeries more than 10 years ago. I would consider this is NOT normal aging process but premature deterioration from poor care, which I’m fully responsible for.

Always look at the big picture because in the game of "life" your bad habits may hurt or kill you but your good habits are not going to save you. We're all mother nature's bitch ;)

    My arthritis discomfort has improved greatly with my exercise routine. I work with a trainer twice weekly. I exercise key muscles , like knee, several times more a week. Exercise works!

    Doctors, you speak the truth. For 12 years I was able to fight my progressing arthritis with an exercise regimen of swimming, walking, bicycling, gardening and yoga. I always kept moving. More than 15-20 minutes of vegging in the chair made my hips hurt. So, I kept moving. (Sleep was no fun.)
    But when ALL the cartilage was gone, it was time to consider joint replacement. Had my TLHR in June 2021 and will have TRHR in September 2021. As I prepare for the second surgery, I am swimming, WALKING LOTS and biking. No yoga or gardening yet. Can’t wait for my gait to improve and get back to all the stuff I love to do. And by the way, even with just one hip repaired, I am already sleeping much better.

    Might I add, as well as your suggestions, I also reduced the high carbs ( bread, pasta) in my diet and increased fat ( healthy fats like avocados, olive oil etc) and have had a miraculous result. Keep moving!! As hard as that sounds. I can now do things I was unable to do for years!

    Totally agree with all of the above. I was born with a very shallow hip socket and had a bone graft surgery on the acetabulum when I was two years old. The docs then told my parents I'd be crippled by arthritis and would need a hip replacement by the time I turned 18. But I was an active kid: riding horses, bikes, played basketball, cheerleader, gymnastics, etc... and at 18...my xrays showed arthritis, but I was pain free. I continued to be active as an adult, became a professional trainer of 3-day event horses (jumping and dressage) with all the manual labor that goes with that. Later, after multiple spinal injuries, I retired from horse training and became a photographer instead, then eventually got a CDL and became a truck driver when my neck/back couldn't carry around all that photography equipment anymore. At 56 years old, my hip was still working just fine for me. The xrays were ugly and I had a limited range of motion, but pain was not an issue...until I walked into the hospital for a lumbar fusion and hobbled out of the hospital with a broken hip thanks to an incompetent nurse. That's the only reason I'm having a total hip replacement in a couple of weeks at age 57. If not for that, I might have kept going indefinitely on the hip I was born with. Staying active, controlling my weight, proper nutrition, and wearing a 1.5 inch heel on all my shoes to relieve the pressure on my hip all worked to keep me moving long past the limits I was expected to have due to arthritis. My xrays were always ugly and docs have been recommending hip replacement my whole life, but it took breaking it to make it actually necessary. lol

    I’m turning 70 this year and have arthritis in my hands, wrists and elbows. I garden and ride an ebike. I really hope to avoid progression of this. I love to sew and craft. Arthritis impedes fine motor activity for me but I just keep doing it.

      Same here , but despite being super vigilant w clean fresh diet, general excellent health , no meds , active , good weight ( underweight mostly ) , I cannot stem the dreadful progression in my finger joints . Dupytron in my little finger is advancing and creating lack of wrist & hand strength and grip . No arthritis anywhere else in the body ....very distressing

    I wish strengthening/stretching exercises in relationship to my issues had been explained to me along with the things you (Talking with Docs) mentioned. I had over developed areas of my legs due to basketball and running for years. Unfortunately that created a imbalance and I wore my knees down. It wasn't until I had my first knee surgery that my doctor and Physical Therapist explain the problems that expedited my osteoarthritis. My earlier doctors didn't explain information where I could have been proactive. My biggest issues were weak glutes along with tight hip flexors. I definitely would have done things differently to preserve my joint health. As always I appreciate you both for keeping us well informed.

    3 years ago I went whole-food plant basis diet one of the big surprises was it stopped all my arthritis inflammation. I now spring out of bed in the morning with no more pain or stiffness. This is why it's so easy to stay on the diet because it keeps me pain-free.

      I doctor I worked with had hip replacement surgery several years ago. They followed the plan of care, both pre-op (shed pounds) and post-op (don’t skip physical therapy, exercise at home as advised, keep eating a healthy diet including “treats” enjoyed in moderation. )
      Their outcome was and is terrific.
      Hope yours is as well.

    Best thing that helped my arthritis was avoiding inflammatory foods (soy, gluten, etc.), and occasional fasting. Pain went from an 8 to a 2, and sometimes less. My activity level had very little to do with it. And contrary to what is recommended here, I've had a lot of success with the keto diet. Lots of misunderstanding out there about animal products.

    My arthritis in my knee improves and is less painful when I get my calf’s massaged regularly! Also my feet are now standing on insoles to keep them alighned , this has improved dramatically!

    I'm one of those guys who is not fat, but still has arthritis. I'm 6 feet tall, and weigh 155 pounds. That's the same as when I was a high school senior, over 40 years ago.
    By the way, I used to be an avid runner, and raced everything from 400 meters to the full marathon (42.2 km, 26.2 miles).
    I do agree with staying active with non-impact activities. Happily, I have a job that allows/requires me to change positions and move frequently.

    You want your movement to be a skill you enjoy (syncing movement to music works for almost everyone) and can improve at. I recommend taking up “flow arts”: juggling, poi, staff spinning, hula hooping, etc.

    Interesting video. I’ve had a labral tear in my hip since my early twenties. It’s caused me intermittent pain for years, but it was bearable. Then Covid hit and the gyms closed. The pain from my labral tear and arthritis became so much worse! I am now 2 months post op from a total hip replacement at age 52. I was a competitive figure skater for years. I completely agree that when I stopped being active due to the gym closing my hip got rapidly worse!

    I have terrible RA, best thing I’ve done is to only eat once a day and sometimes every other day. No sugar. Mt inflammation has gone way down and I feel a lot better

    Thanks for sharing some good tips. I saw an Orthopedic APRN recently who said there was nothing I could do to impact my severe osteoarthritis. I didn't buy that. In terms of one tip - to lose weight if you need to - I've lost 134 lbs. I was 300 lbs. for years and years. I had a seizure one night (turns out from a benign brain tumor) & it scared me straight. I stopped overeating immediately - no crazy diet, no special program - I just set a daily calorie limit of 1600 calories/day and stuck to it. Interestingly I did not find it that difficult. I think it helped that it wasn't a super low daily calorie limit & I made sure to come up w/ meals I knew I'd like and for the most part I stuck to those.. I wish when I did that 10 years ago that I had also decided to become more active but I am now so better late than never.

    I have severe arthritis which I discovered is made worse by turning with load - eg turning with a loaded shopppng trolley - I've altered the way I turn and it has eased the pain. Their 3 pieces of advice I have been practicing for years and is so effective.

      Nice Try onekeypianoplayer ! I wish that were true ! But the Doc's are correct but I also add fish oil daily and fish in my diet . So far that's the better way to deal with arthritis . I don't like taking pharmaceutical pills due to the nasty side effects . All pharmaceutical drugs have nasty side effects !!!

    I’m waiting for a L knee replacement (had a R Knee replaced 13 yrs ago in my 40’s), and with my first one I used an elliptical to exercise pre and post surgery. I no longer have it, but do have a treadmill. I miss the elliptical. I have always been active (farmed) plus enjoyed exercising but have arthritis.
    Which is the best to use?
    PS. I thoroughly enjoy your informative videos. Wish I’d have known they existed for my first surgery. Thank you for being so personable and informative. I appreciate you.

    Great videos. Just to add my own experience as an obsessed runner with hip osteoarthritis, for me the pain increased at night after running in the day, and didn't hurt much during the run. So I could always convince myself the running wasn't too damaging, when it almost certainly was. We won't be told. Now have just had a hip replacement and determined not to run (too much) on it.

    I've also found that cherries and cherry juice helps the arthritis. I haven't yet determined if the benefits are permanent---whether you can stop the cherry treatment after awhile---but it's a pleasant treatment, even if you have to keep it up.

    Thanks for these videos. I’ve had a TKR but also still have arthritis in my hands. Focussing on a less processed and more fresh diet as if this week. My inflammation showed as 12 (should be less than 5) - number scoring could be different In NZ. Seems I’m having a flare up. Hate it. Makes me feel old. I’ve lost 150lbs but could do another 20 I’m sure.

      San D, I found that taking pure Turmeric with piperin (black pepper) really helps with the inflammatory side of arthritis, plus ditching all sugar and refined carbohydrates ie processed foods.

    1. Stay active, and 2. Avoid high impact activity are precisely what every sports trainer in the world knows and says - eg, you grow in strength when you lifts weights which challenge your capacity, but do not exceed it which causes injury. Also, if you exercise too much, ie, before your recovery period is over (including sleep and nutrition), you will not recover. It is measured on an individual basis.

    I am one of those crazies who eat keto, that said do your best to eat less carbs and your weight will drop like a brick. I lost four inches off my waste and nearly thirty pounds and have kept it off.
    Stay moving is key for sure. Great advice doc’s

      Hi Scott. Keto is a funny diet. Usually helps lose some weight quickly but not a totally healthy way to eat potentially. We totally agree reduce highly refined carbs, sugar and processed foods.     I told my 89 year old mother, that I had pain in my hands. She said’Oh
    I had that, I just ignored it and it went away!’ So for the most part I ignore it. If you pay to much attention to pain and give it too much importance it will take over!

      @@TalkingWithDocs thanks...I'm currently on prednisone and methotrexate for RA , I think I would try the diet also..maybe that would help cut the methotrexate doses from the 8 pills a week down.. to be easier on the liver/kidney.... thanks, and love your videos

      I’m trying hard to reduce my sugars now as would like to reduce my meds. I’ve lost 150lbs, but still need to tweak my diet. Celebrex appears to be contributing to fluid retention now I’ve been on a high dose for a while.

    I had both knees replaced a number of years ago. A shoulder replacement 4 yr ago. I now have arthritis in my foot and ankle and a wrist. But I've lost 40 lb through length swimming 3-4x/wk, improving my diet, and walking. I do some weight training once a week. I feel strong and healthy.

    Keep working!!! I am 78 still work. I worked in the travel industry for years. Now do reception work w 22 sales people. Staying busy keeps us involved in the world..A salesman is 90 yrs. He is great. Can out sale many young ones. Happy,busy says he streches each day..
    I twisted my knee but bringing my cane to work!

    Thank you for your recommendations! Yes, I have a severe arthritis and I got my wake-up call a bit late but it came. Your videos keep me confident that with a good diet and lifestyle I should be able to return back to some of my previous activities. So far I lost 112lbs (51kg) and 17.6BMI and my weight keeps going down.
    I also heard that avoiding some foods may help the arthritis - like red meats, saturated fats etc. What is your opinion on that?

      Carnivore is the least inflammitory diet. I have RA and avoiding grains, fruit and veggies has made a real difference. My overall health has improved greatly. Look up Jordan Peterson

    Just turned 40 and diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my feet and right collarbone 3 years ago, now also have arthritis in my back. Staying active certainly helps and I try to get in lots of anti-inflammatory food, enough sleep, lots of water,… the good stuff. I’m curious: what are your thoughts on lifting weights for the back with arthritis? So far I mainly focus on body-weight resistance along with walking, bike-riding.

    I would also take a turmeric supplement. I have some MCP joint arthritis and every time I stop taking turmeric the pain returns within a week. There are quite a few studies in support of this supplement.

    I move as much as I can, but with having 24 years of ME/CFS and RA it is hard to move as much as I would like. When I first got sick I gained 100 lbs over 6 years. When I had a few years where I had some recovery and I lost that 100 lbs. Every time I have a relapse of my condition I gain weight. It is so frustrating. And getting old doesn’t make it any easier. I don’t have bombs going off in my neighbour hood, so there is always something to be thankful for. Thanks for your videos.

    Great info as usual! Switching to a vegan diet has been helpful to me. My ortho's say, "Use it or lose it" & I've already given up too much with joint replacements & arthroplastys.

    Don't know what a runners high may be ( my feet have hurt ever since I got a salpingo oopherectomy @ 33 unless my testosterone hormone replacement is high) weird I know. But, I am a swimmer and swimming elongates your body which feels great and the biggest bonus....no one can call you or ask questions when your face is under water. I never get out of the pool and think," I haven't spoke a word in an hour, what a waste". Same thing with my water rower, nothing earbuds can't block out and no impact. These videos are awesome, keep them coming please!!!!

    Thank you..especially the reminder that we are in charge of our own health....we often ignore that until we're sick, broken, diseased and then it's emergent. (Not ignoring that some things are put on or in us unaware but.education and awareness helps that)...We love our doctors and sometimes we give them difficult and expensive things to try and handle and correct...And then get mad when we're not made well right away....a good doctor is one who helps and empowers us to take responsibility and control of our health....I'm thankful for the low carb Keto group that has helped us look at heart disease and diabetes in a different way..

    68 years ago, when I was 17, after 3 days of intense hospital testing, my doctors told me that I had a very crippling form of Arthritis for which there was no known treatment or cure. They concluded that I should prepare myself for my future which included a wheelchair by the time I was 50. That was unacceptable to me, so I decided to begin researching what was actually known about crippling Arthritis. I assumed there was more to be told than what the doctors shared with me. Besides, I was confident in my skills as a researcher, despite only being 17. And I had a built in sample case.
    What was well known was that whatever Arthritis was, it attacked joints, small ones first, like hands and wrists. No one seemed to know why but most experts seemed to agree on that. The joints would actually swell causing a reduction in the joint’s operating space which caused the joint’s soft tissue to wear out rapidly, allowing the bone to become damaged and eventually crippled. The logical fix was to find a way to stop the swelling

      @@TalkingWithDocs Great info but will not work for those who are suffering with it because it may be genetic. Now with that being said. My grandpa, dad, and mom all had knee replacements because of it. I’m 55 and at a early age of 25 my knees would ache and throb just before weather changes and then it started happening more frequently and last longer as I reached 50 years old. Then I came across 95% curcumin extract Turmeric with black pepper extract. OH MY GOSH I AM PAIN FREE AND NO LONGER CAN PREDICT WEATHER. All it took for me was about a half tablespoon in my favorite hot beverage or soup must be hot daily. I noticed a big difference in two weeks and after a month to two months I had no more issues my knees have been pain free now for five years. I now only take it every other day to couple of days. This extract is a natural anti inflammatory and it helps in detoxing the liver. Now me being a polish I loves my sauerkraut so everyone understands this fermented dish aides in cleaning out your colon and detoxification the reestablishing your probiotics. So I ate this a few days before starting the The regimen then eat it a few times throughout the year. But that 95% curcumin turmeric extract with black pepper extract in it OMG IM PAIN FREE. Nothing else did this. You may want to do some clinical trials problem is big Pharma run your medical establishments around the world and they don’t want something we can grow taking there profits from them but do the trials you might be surprised! It’s time you Doctors started doing research in things like this so people can actually be cured and symptom treatments that make hospitals and pharmaceutical companies rich can end.

      @@Jon-O. I can vouch for your results! I take an organic brand. I have spinal stenosis, bad enough to collect SSD. I had a steroid shot about 5 months ago but have been taking what you take for about 2 yrs and I do not have any pain. Pain was so bad, I would use a cane during the day and a walker at night. Unbelievable relief. I was getting the shots about every 2.5 months but do not feel the need to have any whatsoever. I do take the curcumin/turmeric/black pepper every day. Glad you are doing better.

    I ride my bike 30 min a day, and my severe arthritis in my knees are feeling better. They crunched the first week, yet I kept it up. I thing moving them around made my knees feel loosened up some. Thank you for the awesome video!
