I really appreciate this format where you're showing the entire line-up from one manufacturer. I imagine it wouldn't be feasible to do this on a regular basis.

It's a great knife but it's just a little small for my hands. The Badlands Vagabond will be my next buy. Similar but slightly larger handle.

I think the Pintail is my favorite, followed closely by the Ortis. Lot of good ones!

As a brit and only legal knives are really slip joints I'd have to say the micarta Appalachian drifter is the perfect option. Keep up the great work
I have had a knife from most of the major brands, and upon opening my first civivi baklash..... The action is incredible. Easily the best out-of-the-box action of any of my knives

Great video! I just started collecting knives and Civivi dominates my collection so far. The Nadder is my personal favorite from this collection. That stone washed tanto blade and od green micarta combo makes for a beautiful knife.
Thank you for turning me onto Civivi. I bought one several months ago and LOVE the action on it. The Mastodon and Mastiff Mini versions may be my next purchase. Although I bookmarked about 5 other knives after watching this. Keep up the great work.

I’ve bought a bunch of Civivi knives recently. There’s not a better maker out there in terms of design and fabrication IMHO. REMEMBER GUYS…just because a knife might not fit your hand or your needs does not make it a “bad knife”. Handle too small for you? Blade shape not ideal? Well there are guys out there that feel the same thing about YOUR favorite design. The only aspect of Civivi’s lineup that I’ve seen lots of guys complain about is the clip. Oh well. It works fine for me. The Elementum is pretty much timeless. But while Civivi is king of the 3” EDC, I love the Asticus too. I NEED a bigger blade on occasion…right? But a mini cleaver? Whatever. Yeah…I like those too. It’s really hard not to love a tight yet smooth, ubber sharp $60 folder made with grade AA materials. PS: great vid here. Thanks.
The Elementum all day, everyday but the Pintail has caught my eye!
@bestdamnedc You got the specs incorrect on the Mastodon -- it doesn't have ceramic ball bearings; it's currently on washers -- it's this way specifically for food prep!

i recently bought a Civivi Elementum and in the past few weeks, it’s has grown on me tremendously. my first “gateway” knife was the Spyderco Tenacious and i still have it and love it but the Elementum is a stellar knife. i thought i didn’t like the fact that it’s smaller but i started carrying it more and more, i can’t stop flicking it open! i’ll probably purchase more Civivi knives, i already have a couple on the radar. Thanks Taylor Martin for the reviews and the content!
happy you are making videos again. I got my first knife because of you (FELDSPAR) and started my EDC journey . I also got two fantastic Civivi knifes. Great budget knife company.
CIVIVI is embracing what a pocket knife has traditionally been and I commend them for it. A knife in that size, quality and price range is what most people truly need. If I hadn't caught the knife collecting bug, I'd still be carrying my Elementum or Chronic every day.
The elementum remains one of my all time favorites. But all of these are beautiful.

How does it compare versus the SOG twitch ii ? I have the twitch but it feels too small.
@@JuanAguilar-jk9qu late, but I used to love SOG. But they just don't compare to anything civivi offers. Been buying some premium blades for a bit. And I can't believe I carried SOGs and CRKTs.

I walked into Camouflage Military in Houston and they have a wide selection of Civivi knives. Very cool to check out the action on these, super smooth.
I think the Appalachian in Damascus with the Carbon Fibre handles is gorgeous! Such a beautiful knife.

Was watching this when my badlands vagabond came in. Had to get it since i dropped my knife to the abyss at work. Really happy with it. Got mine in blue and hell yeah.

Exceptionally well done and informative review. Last week I bought my first Civivi, the 3" Pintail Flipper with Damascus blade and cuibourtia wood handles. It's drop dead beautiful and sinful sharp, and the flipping action and click is Zippo lighter level satisfying. I was so blown away by this knife's quality and craftsmanship that today I ordered the Civivi Riffle with Damascus blade and sandalwood handles. I just can't get over how much knife you get for such a great price.
I got the Pintail in Olive Micarta and I wanted it to be my perfect knife so0o badly, but that flipper tab needs to go (imo)... Whenever you try to put any elbow into cutting something tough, the tab just DIGS into the side of your index finger and makes it so uncomfortable. The fact that the thumbstuds work so beautifully already, just makes the flipper redundant. I wanna sand it off but I'm too scared, lol. If the Pintail had no flipper, and had a finger choil like the Odium, it would be a 6/5 for me.
Still loving my Elementum. The action is so ridiculously good. Thanks for your detailed reviews and love how you list the specs for each knife as it makes it much easier to prepare. You got me thinking about changing my EDC to the Keen Nadder.

Definitely my favourite knife was the bullmastiff. I just love big knives and the cleaver shape is just awesome.

The Keen Nadder was the Civivi I was most anticipating. It is so nice. I have to say the Asticus is the one I would choose. A great, bigger daily carry knife. Civivi is the bee’s knees.

I have not seen/handled a Civivi knife that I didn't like. Civivi always has great designs, awesome fit n finish, and great action. My favorite from this video would have to be the Keen Nadder or the Appalachian Drifter
Definitely loved the brown Trail blazer. Reminds me of a modern version of the classic buck 110 that I carry.

I have the badlands vagabond in carbon fiber scales with damascus blade. I have to agree with you, it is a fine example that quality doesn’t always equate with price.

Civivi and WE have become my new go-to knives. That S35VN Elementum is on my wishlist. Already picked up the Braven in blacked-out Tanto, vacillated between it and the Nadder. Next might be that Odium.
Dama Pintail CF is probably my fave of the bunch, especially since I have no dama knives.

Honestly my favorite out of the whole bunch is the blue Civivi Dogma. Weird I know but I love it.
I have several civivis they are the best beaters I've ever had. Cheap enough not to worry about built tough enough to last.

100% the Keen Nadder is my favorite. I was doing some research for my next edc knife and was going between the Civivi Keen and the Spyderco Tenacious and I purchased the Tenacious 2 days ago from Blade HQ!! Dang it wish I went with the Keen now, but I am trying to build a blackout carry right now!

Loving that front flipper, with the lovely bearings in the civivi it looks way more ergonomic than it appears. Love my elementum, just hoping that the brass one will be back in stock soon!

The elementum is the best I have a similar drop point that I've had for 10 years. These videos have reminded me to take care of myself and take pride in my ecd stuff again what you carry can say alot about you and I'm now making steps to be better progress not perfection thanks alot.

I don't see it on your table but my favorite Civivi is the Brigand in Copper with 154CM blade steel. It's a great package for the price and I'm a sucker for reverse tantos! Keep up the great work!
