Connecting Cisco Meraki devices to the Meraki Cloud (Dashboard) is usually as easy as connecting them to the Internet, however, it is still possible that for some reason they fail to connect to the Meraki Cloud! In this video we are going to look at the common reasons that can cause this issue and how we can fix them!

Hi Mate, I would like to know if i am having the ADSL link and want to connect that to Cisco Meraki MX 64. I have to use Cisco Modem for that so what configuration i have to do on the cisco Modem to connect the internet link from Modem to Meraki MX 64c

Thanks, Behfor, really a clear explanation. A question for you Currently I have an issue, had the same issues with the amber light and then the rainbow lights. After factory resetting the MX and configuration it got connected successfully to the internet and after a while again it went down to solid amber lights and rainbow lights. Do you think it could be the issue from the WAN or within MX device itself ?

Lena Chen also, verify which model is replacing which model to see what the interface/port speeds so you’re not sacrificing a higher bandwidth for a lower bandwidth

It's in the video! Username is the serial number of the device and no password.
