Number 2 is very memorable for me, not so much the nostalgia but because it's the first time I ever had a feeling of being in an open world game when I didn't even know such a concept existed. It was only a dam house and you couldn't even do that much in it but man it was wild when it first came on the screen and I realised I'm free to roam how I please
Lara's mansion in Tomb Raider 2 is always my favourite one. My sister and I used to lock a butler whose name is Winston in the freezer when we were kids because he keeps following Lara all time. That is just fun, isn't it? We know Lara's home in the third Tomb Raider game is basically very similar to the one in the second Tomb Raider game but it is completely different like knights are absent, treasure room has been turned into an aquarium, a maze has been turned into a racetrack course and the statue of the fish has been replaced by a horse on a fountain. Don't forget the ticking sounds of a grandfather clock is silent 🔕 unlike the second one. The gym in the third Tomb Raider game is very similar to the one in the first Tomb Raider game as well. It's a shame Lara's home is absent in the fourth Tomb Raider game and the fifth Tomb Raider game. I have no idea why Core/Eidos (now Square Enix Europe) decided to add Lara's Home to the fourth Tomb Raider game and the fifth Tomb Raider game. I always love those classic Tomb Raider games. They never get old and they will always be timeless. I kinda missed the Core Design era of Tomb Raider games and the Core era of the series is definitely the best but not the infamous Angel of Darkness one which is very disappointing. I still don't care Tomb Raider franchise is owned by a Swedish company Embracer Group AB/American video game company Crystal Dynamics. Anyway greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪

Lara's mansion in tomb raider 3 will always be my favourite to play. Mainly because the house in TR3 has more rooms to explore in (including secret artifact room & the aquarium) & more activities to do such the Quad bike racetrack & the shooting range in the assault course. Just feel the mansion in TR3 is a much more improved version than the previous two TR games. 📺🎮
While 3's mansion is the best...It's definitely the creepiest. Making the atmosphere and lighting much darker with the creepy stereo music make even the butler creepier. Make no mistake, This one is still my absolute favorite
you got my like coz of what you done to the butler in TR2, still watchin so i may re-edit this if i'm right about TR3... EDIT: Yup, Tr3... as soon as you seen him, usually first thing i done, but in the 3rd he respawns after you pickup the guns for target practice. loved how he used the serving tray as a shield, Yhass!!! didn't expect you to do the roof glitches though, nice
I guess I would think if the butler didn't follow you around and make those frankenstein noises it would be less creepy. even now , im 32 it still creeps me out
@@becky2235 indd there he is a lil likable. Still I enjoyed the home part its sad they removed it in later games. I remember in 1 of them you have some minigame where you could pick up the pistols and get attacked
