Honestly i've never found scary, it's mysterious and fascinating imo, Tomb raider of 2012 yes is quite an horror game, from human sacifices to the attempted rape of Lara and Mathias, while an ordinary human with leg problem is scary, is totally nuts, plus all the gore in the game.
Playing this level today and realizing how disappointing anniversary is compared to this. Atmosphere and beautiful music completely gone, everything shrunken down and made smaller. They cut out the wall of skulls which would of been so cool to see as not jus a texture and the mysterious music during this scene was cut as well. 6:47 The room with snake statues cut.
There seems to be a room that is inaccessible. It's at the start of the level, take a left to where there 2 wolves are, just after there is a small passage connecting you to the central section. At the top-middle of the left wall there is a small gap and on the opposite side (the right wall), a curved ceiling section. This is just like the top exit from the room with the silver key and gold idol. I can't seem to get in no matter what, would be cool to know what's in there. If you peak from the ground, you can see the bamboo ceiling inside that room.
So has anyone ever taken a gander at her passport? Ever used the android or pc version of it? On the right side it says (in order of it) Croft Lara Amelia 14, Feburary 1967 5'9 AB- Abington, United Kingdom And i dont know if this part is accurate but under her picture it says 26, June 1976. She would've been nine.. But that's probally when she got it. The left side is cool too.. But i havent seen anyone ever talk about her true middle name.. People should he talking about it... She's a rare specimen with that AB- blood ;) lol

Hey, thanks for sending that... very interesting. It's not like that in the PC games. Pretty sure that is something they added later on for a re-release. Amelia is her mother's name so it makes sense they would make that her middle name... She has had several official biographies and stats released over the years most of that info included. Also things like her favorite bands are Nine Inch Nails and U2 (hence the use of them in the movie soundtrack) . Her measurements (34D-24-35), weight (9st 4), favorite food (beans on toast), etc...

This game started it all, It has more of a solitary vibe than TR Anniversary,and the levels are longer... great job!
It’s completely superior to this-gen Tomb Raider titles.
Well put, the solitary vibe is a big part of the spirit of these games.
All of my floors broke at 13:31, but this saved me.

Modern Tomb Raider games are complete garbage compared to this one. The level of atmosphere is insane!
I'm trying out Anniversary and I'm already remembering why I liked the original so much better. Looks like hell, but damn...such a better game.
