This quick workout is *pelvic floor aware* meaning that specific cues are given for breathing and technique. This keeps the workout safe for people with pelvic floor issues, including prolapse. However, EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and will tolerate exercises differently. Stop or modify if anything feels uncomfortable for your particular core/pelvic floor needs. Thank you! I feel like I am learning more from you than the pelvic therapist I went to in person! Can I see some more advanced work outs safe for pelvic floor?? I am so used to using weights and now that I have to be more careful I still want the burn but safely. :)❤ thank you again! I subscribed!🎉😊
@@CryptoLFG thanks for subscribing! I'm glad you've been learning from my info! I have a whole playlist for advanced/intermediate deep core workouts: th-cam.com/play/PLDputRBPsHFR8zEBRv_HWaZ_0s1HEo08f.html
You are amazing! I did your ten day challenge. I have done many of your older videos. Thank you soooo much for sharing your knowledge. I am 84 yrs old in pretty good shape but plan to break 100 in good health. You're helping me along the journey.
I love this!!! There's so much light and beautiful energy coming through from you, I have no doubt that you'll break 100 in good health. Thanks for allowing me to be part of your journey!
This workout is very good. I hope to remember to look this one up to do again. Ive been doing PT almost one whole year now and this past Monday my physical therapist and I both agreed we've done then best that we can do together. So the timing of this video for me, perfect.
Wonderful! There's so much you can do at home, on your own, once you have the solid foundation of having worked with a physical therapist. I have loads of videos in my playlists: bit.ly/FemPlaylists and if you're interested in my online resources you can go here: vibrantpelvichealth.com/resources
I am a physio and I have done this work out with you to try new repertoire for my clients. This is perfect: the length, the intensity, the feeling afterwards. Thank you so much for sharing this with us ❤
This is exactly what I've been missing in my workouts. Pelvic floor integration and such a beautiful reminder to always pay attention to breath. Love your style and deep knowledge. Now my workouts feel gentle, loving and soothing, eventhough I sweat like crazy hehe. Thank you so much Bri. I can tell you have magnificent presence and energy. Much love, Eva
Eva, your kind words mean the world - I'm thrilled that you're finding a new level of mindfulness and joy in your workouts! Keep shining and sweating, beautiful soul! 💖🌟💪
Thank you Dr. Bri! I will share this with my Jiu Jitsu team mates. This is excellent mobility work, as we JJ athletes spend our time on our back in a flexed position. Thanks again! Be well. Nikolas
Dear Bri ❤ I love what you are doing on your channel. All your exercises are clearly explained and easy to do. I suffer from pelvic organ prolapse for years but with exercise and pessary I managed to avoid surgery. I noticed that I have experienced jaw tightening recently which has something to do with pelvic organ prolapse. What is your view on this?
I am adding this into my Lift maintenance routine! Followed by one of your pelvic floor release videos. Thank you as always for making this incredibly helpful and gentle content :D
Thanks Dr. Bri. Been really struggling with my rt hip (stage 4 endo) sciatica, piriformis, tail bone pain. The deep hip stretch (pretzel seated) felt sooo good. Do you have any resources for tailbone pain after falls? Thanks!! Will def be doing this again:) Thank you!!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it, especially that pretzel stretch! It's one of my favorites. I don't have any specific resources for tailbone pain after falls, but if you're having spasms in the pelvic area then this video might help th-cam.com/video/V4AjGkpT38Y/w-d-xo.html
I have a uterine prolapse, been doing kegels for 3 weeks now, it seems to be working? Is this possible? I really don’t want surgery! I hope to progress in overall working out, your videos are perfect. I’m starting really slow, never heard of prolapses, it’s really freaked me out. My uterus is trying to move out! 😱
Please talk to your pelvic floor PT and check Dr Bri’s free prolapse guide for at-home support. www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/resources ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
I'm so glad you liked the workout! I know, those donkey kicks are intense!!! As you gain strength you can work up to this quick booty workout... you'll do donkey kicks with the addition of light weights (it's challenging): th-cam.com/video/dnvaAkokziQ/w-d-xo.html
What exercises do you recommend for me? I had pelvic floor surgery almost a year ago. The surgeon said no more lifting things over 5kg, no plank type excercise and no more playing basketball. How do I get strong again?
Please talk to your local pelvic floor PT for medical advice. In the meatime, if you would like at-home support, you can try Dr. Bri's Lift program bit.ly/liftforfree ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
It depends! It might be okay for you, even with an active UTI; however, if you're experiencing significant pain or discomfort, then you might be better off doing some release work such as the videos on this playlist: bit.ly/femtension
I recommend contacting a pelvic floor physical therapist in your local area; you might need to use a support belt around your pelvis -- at least temporarily -- when doing deep core work!
@vibrantpelvichealth thank you. Unfortunately we have no pelvic floor therapists in my country. I've been seeing a chiropractor and physiotherapists. It's been 5 years and it gets worse with pregnancy am currently 3 months postpartum. Please do recommend me any of your exercises. Thank you
