Loved the views around Worcester and the cathedral! I went to the King's School adjacent to the cathedral (in the 1970's) and we used to have assembly every Friday morning right there where you were walking - so nostalgic. Thanks for all your great videos.
Tintern Abbey in the 'Golden Hour' ...Cool 😎 Found your channel yesterday and Sub'd. I've caught up on both tours, working my way through the rest of your videos. 👍
Really enjoying your content, as an ex midland lad bought back some memories , pity we didnt see the Malvern Hills. Future road trip the South West 660, Ride mag recently published the route. Cheers Chris.
Cracking video, enjoyed it. You’re a natural on camera! Being from Derby, but now living in Australia for over 20 years, selfishly it would be nice to see you tour the Derbyshire Peak District?
If you are getting ready to set off on a hill, you can manually disengage the hill hold by pulling in the brake lever in. You can then let it go and hold it on the rear brake with your foot or juggle with the front brake while you set off like any other bike. If you disable it completely, you have to sit holding the brake on hills, sometimes for minutes at traffic lights etc. I think hill hold is useful, but I accept it might not suit everyone.
Thank you, I enjoyed watching very much. And the suggestion of Wales which someone made I find a good one. Wales seems underrepresented in the videos is my impression.
Lovely video and that Abbey at the end was beautiful! You could considering visiting Wales? Apparently there’s some really beautiful places there especially along the coast line. Also, albeit a bit further a field, the Lake District would be lovely too. Closer to Bristol you could try Looe or Tintagel and check out the castle with the cool bridge out to it 👍🏼
I saw a GS while I was at cradley Kawasaki your bike is massive not just in height but in width or presence , if car drivers don’t see you coming then they are blind. Been to Worcester a few times it’s ok but can be very busy 😊🏍
Thank you sir for that interesting visit. I own a GS 1250 and use my automatic hill start which suits me fine. You may also use it manually! Regards, Marc Quebec, Canada 🇨🇦😉🏍
@@laterrider And don’t forget to practice on a regular basis your slow speed skills. I am 60 years young and bought my first real serious motorcycle…GS 1250 2022 last year. I am much more confident now. I chose a calm parking lot to practice my figure 8, my u-turns from a stand still, my emergency counter-steer & braking. Just 10-15 minutes is fine but do it regularly. Ride safe! All my regards, Marc Quebec 😉🏍
Thank you very much for the content - very much enjoying your travels and thoughts. I'm currently on a 750GS, much like yourself, starting riding later on in life. Been considering the next bike and naturally the 1250 is on the list. Was the 1250 a singular choice or did you consider other bikes. Be interesting to know, given the similar trajectory of ownership. Good luck with the channel. Subscribed. 👍
Hi, my last (and indeed first) bike was a 750GS… which I loved. Honestly if that’s what you’ve got now - I’d say the 1250GS should be at the top of your list. I love it 😃
Hi Dave, definitely! 😃 to be honest I’m not a big fan of the cold so I tend to keep the bike locked seat fit the miserable months. I’m not sure where to go first but I’m leaning towards Ireland 🤔
Thanks so much for your very kind words…. I used to do property training videos and so I guess some of that may have spilled over into Later Rider videos… but I still feel most biking channels are head and shoulders above my own videos - but thank you again for saying that 😃
Great video…. “tell me who your friends are, and I will tell you who you are” Wow what a beautiful cathedral ❤️❤️
Well said 😊
another brilliant film , my part of the world ..
😊
Thank you so much David 😃

Hi Tony, could we have a video about how you came to get your licence and how you found the process
Thank you for the suggestion, I think that’s a very interesting idea 😃
Any plans for more videos this year?

We have a 1250 GS and you can turn the automatic break off, go look for it in the settings.
Ok, thanks Julie - much appreciated 😃
Another entertaining video. Easy watch and I like that it's not just about the riding or the bike and more about places and interests. Keep it up!!
Thanks so much 😃
Ikea flat pack in the cathedral 😂 yet a very pro made video. Your not new at this Tony own up, be honest. 😉
