No sir, 503p. 1 watt dk. swinging 20. I like the rm for my wife's car. 2014 Dodge Dart gt. Takes up little room and it looks like it belongs. Do not over drive them and keep your swr down.
Hey Rooster, I have one of these but the Low drive version 6-12 Watts drive.. Its brand new but seems to have bad audio ie very scratchy on words with 'S' in them. For instance on a count from 1 - 10 I find 'One' to 'Five' sounds fine but 'Six' 'Seven' sound very scratchy on air (SSB). This gets worse with the higher power settings. Driving with about 10w pep which is below the 12w max rated input for SSB.. I have plenty of current 60A supply and short DC cables direct to PSU. I'm a bit perplexed to what could be causing it.. There are no videos ive seen out there with actual Audio Quality tests done with a RX signal. Be good to see If you have one at hand and could do a video with some RX audio recordings to show any audio degradation. on SSB and AM.. Cheers & Beers from Downunder. 73
Hello, Can you tell me the DK, AVE and PEP of the radio you were using? I have a K-PO DX5000 Plus. DK adjustable 1.5-12w. PEP 35-40w. Does the 4 to 1 guide DK to PEP apply anymore? I currently run this radio and AMP with a 3w DK results in 65w DK out of AMP and PEP 280-300w on a DAIWA 901HP. DC Amp draw about 18. Thanks for any help. David
I have a 959t Galaxy Which RM should I run I know this 1 I 500 HD is too small I need one bigger with fans which 1 would you recommend to run with my radio stock radio

@@almartiniii1541 My McKinley doesnt swing 20. Between 13-15w on my meter. I have a 203 and it works great! Just want something with a tad more umph.
