Ever consider doing any videos showing the diagnostic/testing/repair process so others can learn? There seems to be a shortage of good radio techs anymore, and as a ham trying to become a radio tech it's easier for me to watch and learn than read it from a book. Sounds like you'd make a good instructor!

I have a 503HD but haven't hooked it up yet. I was told it runs best at 1-2 watts carrier but definitely not more than 4 watts and a peak input of 30-40 watts. Watching this confused me a bit. It's not your fault I'm confused, obviously. Lol. I've seen and heard different ways to get the watt reading, but what do you think? Anyway to clarify that for me?

Let me know, I think the bj300 would get alot of views cause theres no good videos on it yet.

I have the DX959 an just got a KL503HD about a week ago . I sure dont wanna mess anything up over or under driving the amp . Thanks in advance .

    • @TheRadioGarage
