Oh nearly a slip getting over the rocks and something I do on a regular basis lol. I know so many people love the Autumn months but I really miss the long summer days, the early mornings and late nights you can sit outside but I always miss the warmth as well. I always find 99% of fellow hikers are great and happy to chat but you always get that one who will totally blank you. I hope you and your friends all enjoy your birthday meals, cheers Alan

Well spotted 😂it was indeed a slip. I do like the Autumn months but it does mean it gets dark quicker so affects walk times. Indeed I have some good chats with fellow hikers, as you already have things in common. Thanks we had a nice night out, best wishes pal 🦇🦇🖤🖤

One of my favorite walks too John. Fantastic view from the top and always surprised me how far and what you can see up there.
I love learning about the history....your channel is really informative, I always learn something.
Rucksack looks cool...nice fix with those straps too👌
Best wishes and Mabon blessings 🖤🌛🌝🌜

I love it up there, I miss it if Ive not been up for a while. Yeah you can see the Welsh hills on a clear day. Thanks I love the history of places , There was definitely a significance to the wildbank summit from bronze age times with the burial mound placed there. Its only since getting this rucksack that I have realised how poor my previous one was , which I bought as it was black canvas that I could sew patches on and customise , but it was not comfortable for walking far , I guess maybe more suited to a tradesman for a work bag. Mabon blessings and take care my friend 🖤🖤🦇🦇🖤🖤

I am always amazed that even recent history is lost when the oral tradition fails, or mixes tales up so we get a distorted version of the truth. I wonder if the same will be true of our own world, or will the thousands of photos, videos and social media posts preserve the truth more faithfully. For me the attraction of the wild places is that we discover them for ourselves and can claim them as our own for our brief visit. Great video John, thanks again mate! Take care!

Cheers , yeah and I wonder if we will look at the latest 4k videos in the future as crude compared to whatever future tech we get , and yeah its discovering places that excites me , best wishes mate 🦇🦇🖤🖤

@@thehealthanarchist I have been at my near village museum with motorcycle today... they rebuild a legendary alternative disco from its old place there... Sunstone (Sonnenstein) ore just Stein. Only Medleys for music, beer and cigarettcases for deco, but you can dance there. And i used it a lot. Dancefloor with real wood construktion under, and glas? plastic Dancefloor surface. Old german pub wood interieur and wild deco from its years. It was a dream... and sad two. My aunt have been there for years, now its part of an museum.
