I would say I always been that... no matter if it was small adventures in the Forrest or to a graveyard.
And I would love be even more, if I could travel more. Specially to old places, like Castles and other historical places.
Thanks for mention me and have a wonderful evening 🦇🖤🖤🖤🖤🦇

The village i grew up, is at the last mountains (180 meters) before the north german plain starts. Its old sea floor, with thin earth on it and most of the trees are beech trees. Around 10 years old, Jurassic Parc was a big thing, and in the fields and quarries your are able to find fossiles. Most just shells, but you could dream to find something big. I like the trees too, and the view from the mountain. The morning and evening sun, the fog... mystical and free. Near we have a small river too. I loved the old bridge and the nature. Morning sun and fog. And we have moorland. As child disliked that... I can not realy discripe... maybe it was so different from forest and river. This area i realy disover as adult. I often walk with my dog through it, and i think till today: Is it beautyful, ore is it strange for me. But I mostly like to be at the sea side, I first visit as child with my grandparents. 30 years later i travel 2 ore 3 times a year some days to the same places from my childhood. And i feel realy free there. Leaving highway and see the nothern sea, makes me realy happy. I think i'm searching for wide and free spaces... you most see nothing... okay, some ships. But I can watch deep into distance. Same as at home from our mountains. Last thing: At home I realy like the combination getting by my scrambler motorcycle to a nature ore historic place. I'm realy a vintage biker with equal bike, and going to old places fits very good together. Time traveling. I was very good in history at school, and that interessing never get lost.

Thanks for telling your story , it sounds like you had a great place to explore as a child, I do remember digging up bits of old pottery from fields as a kid , but no fossils were in that area , we had woodland which I loved , making bows and arrows and building treehouses, I loved rivers and streams too , I would often look for fish and frogs and other wildlife, the moorlands I love now because of the open space , but I also like being close to the sea at times , especially a nice pub ,sat in a nice beer garden , having a few beers with a nice view of the sea on light Summer evenings, best wishes 🦇🦇🖤🖤

I was about 14 when a friend's dad took us wild camping in the north Yorkshire moors, there was a couple of hours walk in to the hill we camped on. That's what got me interested in walking/camping, which was further reinforced by my uncle taking me up kinder scout which I thought was amazing, I really loved the scramble up grindsbrook Clough...and I've been hooked ever since.

Cheers mate, I did actually go on a couple of hikes as a teen , with a neighbours hiking group , one of them was Kinder scout , so yeah it does leave a good impression on you , like a taste of freedom and adventure, but I think often its to do with early experiences in life, take care pal 🦇🦇🖤🖤

I just got a scam postcard, asking me to scan a code on the card to get a £10 gift voucher from Amazon, cheeky buggers resent it a week later as I had not taken up their kind offer! I love stone circles, always blows my mind when we visit one, old ruined castles too. Well done on all the new subs your channel has been getting, cheers Alan

Yeah you have to be careful these days , with scam text messages and emails I always block and report them. Its a big attraction to me if a walk has some history. Thanks pal ,take care 🦇🦇🖤🖤

Thanks, yeah we would go out for miles on all kinds of adventures too , sometimes take a packed lunch , I did drink from freshwater streams on occasion but never water butts myself. I didn't get ill . I used to scrump apples when I was hungry . Shame how adventure for kids nowadays is through video games a lot of the time. My daughter is an only child so I used to take her on a lot of outdoors adventures when she was little. thanks for your story , take care pal 🙂🙂

My dad was a farm laborer. As a kid I had 800 acres of orchards and woodland to explore and like you would be gone all day, exploring woods, orchards, abandoned houses and tractor sheds. Fighting off hoards of goblins and building camps 😂
