    Funk, you are the man my brother! I love the way you allow us to see you struggle and still fight through the work out. You’re so inspiring to me. My dad passed at 61 several years ago and I’m just a few years away from 50 so I’m always thinking about how to continue building my health. And I’m looking for people that are visual encouragement to me. And several years ago I ran across your video and you became one of those key encouragement poeple. I just thank you for what you do. You have no idea how many folks you’re inspiring, but for sure I’m one of them. God bless and thank you.

    What a burn! This is excellent for those of us who can’t spend 3hrs in the gym. Also, if you have a few dumbbells at home you can do this at home. I used to workout like this at least once a week. Critics say this is a waste of time working out like this, (lower weight/minimal rest in between), and I want to wack them! I know that feeling when you can’t move the weights any more and you’re still mowing through. Great video, and I am going to check out your other ones.

    This is one of my go-to in the funks Arsenal ! It is a great building and conditioning workout and good for everyone including any fighter or combat sport athlete! The way you put this together and all the movements and explosiveness combo movements are freaking awesome thank you funk you are a freaking Beast I'm 42 and feel old but you helped keep me going with your workout and I do the best I can

    Getting back to working out after my ACL surgery. I’m surprised by how much I’ve deteriorated in the 6 months. My knee was hurting, but still got it done . Great workout!

    This is a hard workout. All done with minimal equipment………but I’m eliminating the burpees ……..too tough for me but will play it for my workouts and pick and choose the particular exercises……….thx Funk

    Awsome work Man. I'm 54, skinny mesomorph, 150 pounds, 5.5' tall. I'm working regular HIIT/ dumbells just 5 to 10 reps each exercises but not timing and wow that 21 mins. routine you did is absolutly my next challenge and that burpees seems the real killers.

    Didn't cut out the later rounds after getting tired. Heavy breathing tired finishing sets. I'am more inclined to follow this program bc of this. Good f ing work.

    How many times a week do you recommend to start and then progress to more days! Love how the equipment is pretty much what we have at home so pretty basic which I love. Have not done this type of workout in a long while and wanting to get back to it, and this 21 minute is perfect for my busy schedule! And thank you in advance for sharing these on here! 💪🙏👌

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
