Just found your channel and I also want to say thank you for offering (relatively) short workouts. I'm a senior and I'm hard to motivate, but I find I can do almost ANYTHING for 10-20 minutes. I've had the greatest success using the old Tony Horton 10-minute trainer program with bands (stuck with it for 2-3 years) but am looking for something similar but using actual weights (also to break up the monotony). Your approach seems best suited to that.
Good morning from London uk,Thank you so much I love your work outs I just finished a 20 minute workout I follow most of your workouts 20 to 30 minute workouts brilliant I’m 59 years old and yes I’m in good shape but unfortunately I had a TKR in June Total knee replacement of the right knee. At the moment I’m finding it difficult to do lunges this may take some time due to pain but I still train along to your workouts I can’t do lunges so I just do squats which I can manage in a strict and controlled manner. It’s been 3 months since the operation and my physiotherapist’s are amazed at my recovery. I’d just like to say thank you I love your upper body exercises I have free weights kettle bells and bands at home to train with. So at the moment for leg exercise’s it’s squat’s and calf raises. Thank you Love ❤️ and Respect.

I usually listen to music during my workouts but today I didn't. His energy definitely kept me motivated 😅 During the last workout set you said to go slow if they are light 😭 that made the burn increase so much 😂
Is this a sufficient full body muscle building/fat burning workout to do on a consistent 3 days a week basis or should I switch up a bit? Thanks for the video!
Are these workouts good for people under 40 as well? I’m 17 and am training for a football scholarship and was wondering genuinely if these workouts will work for me?
20 min isn't long when you're having fun!! Next time won't be the same though....i'll try to level up a little. (If I die, one of you has to come and change the weights to put me some heavy a** dumbbells so that when then they finally find me, all they will think about is "DAMN those were heavy weights!!") Have fun doing this workout, you don't have to work out with weights, bands can do the trick too, the most important is do your best. Good day and God Bless.

Yes it is absolutely but you would workout M - W - F and Saturday using different workouts that hit total body but your nutrition has to be on point!
