In this week’s episode, Chef Andy Knudson of Tillie’s brings us a thoroughly Texan recipe that highlights local poultry and seasonal summer vegetables. Instead of opting for a more basic chicken, Chef Knudson uses quail, which is deeply flavorful and fits perfectly in our Grill Frying Pan.
