I couldn't agree more Joshua, such a treat....and the eggs too. I remember a night in Hue, Vietnam, back in 2003 where I was wandering around lost late at night. I stumbled upon an open air bar that was full of locals, not another foreigner in sight, and when I sat down there to get my bearings and ordered a beer it came with a complimentary bowl of quail eggs and chilli salt to dip them in. I'll never forget how exotic these spotty miniature eggs appeared, along with how good they tasted washed down with that cold beer. And the friendliness and kindness of strangers that evening.
Hahahaha.....ah yes. The city fire brigade headquarters is at the end of my street so those sirens often turn up in my videos. Thanks for watching... appreciate it.
Hi there, where I live there are a couple of specialty butchers that sell them, though at times can only buy them frozen. Occasionally, one of our big supermarket chains has them fresh for sale, though I haven't spotted them there for a while.

Try asian supermarkets.
In Perth, MCQ had them 6 for 23 bucks
Has become a regular dinner staple
Bravo re mate, instead of dill use oregano or thyme. 👍🤛🇬🇷🇬🇷
Cheers mate. Great suggestion!!
How long was the actual grilling time?
It was around 14-15 minutes total grilling time over white coals.
