  • This 5 minute cooldown home routine can be done after a workout. It will help release the hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, the lower back and provide a good stretch.

    Amazing👍👍😍😍..... I am doing 10 mins legs and thighs workout and this cool down workout regime on daily basis 😄😄☺☺☺... Hope I get results.... By the way I'm 15 Years old
