Hi Cassey, I follow your video's as I find myself in the same situation, FND. It's pretty much my whole right side, head and face feels like it's on fire and facail spasms. My arm leg gets numb to the extend that I lean to my right side as the muscles contract so much that I can't walk. It's been 3wks now since I've started working and share your dilemma financially as it's been very difficult for us. I have also come up with various remedies, sucking strong sweets making me sneaze which eases the pain a bit. Taking cold showers, using ice packs under feet and hands. Looking forward to your next video. I'm in South Africa and there are very limited people that talks about their condition and hope to reach out them as well, really need the supporting

Thank you for watching! And sort of - i am mostly plant bases, i try to avoid processed foods and sugars. I dont really consume animal products either. And i try my best to have a green smoothie everyday! If you’re looking for a good diet to follow dr brooke golder - she has a TH-cam channel. She has great advice for diet for people who suffer from chronic illnesses!

I recently went to see a neurologist because I thought it was Parkinsons, so he did his tests and told me that it was FND. It is really bad at night when I am trying to sleep and my legs will start to spasm and jerk uncontrollably. Arms will lock in place, my head will move around awkwardly. So I'm looking into getting some help from a psychiatrist to help me process all this.

Hi Cassey . I know you were saying that after getting off pregabalin you'd like to get off venlafaxine as well. Do you find that your getting any benefit from the venlafaxine?

It’s hard to say! I still have pretty intense anxiety still. I’m also on a low dose because the side effects going up were effecting my seizures!

Sometimes it’s hard to catch on camera or they go for a long time! In my other videos I have examples of my seizures!
