It really works.....I lost 1 kg in 2 days....but you have to be proper in your diet and can't cheat in fasting and stay hydrated is the main key....I have lost 5kg in 13-15 days so yes its effective!

हमे weight loss नही fat loss करना है, वो भी healty way से..
इसकी simple si science hai 👉👉 (1) avoid >white suger, maida, packeged food and refined oil.
(2) 12 hrs eating window, 12 hrs fasting. Stop eating carbs afer sunset.
(3) eat till 80% stomach full. Don't overeat.
4) drink plenty of water.
5) high protin breakfast /eat salad just before lunch. Include buttermilk in lunch/ light and digestive dinner.
6) daily 30 minutes exercise/yoga.
It may take time, but results will be permanent..
