It really works.....I lost 1 kg in 2 days....but you have to be proper in your diet and can't cheat in fasting and stay hydrated is the main key....I have lost 5kg in 13-15 days so yes its effective!

@Aharsi_Bangladesh its works but i didn't continue IF due to some issues. You can try it , but the fasting in the beginning must be minimal as per your strength . And then you can increase the fasting gap.

I tried. But developed severe gastric and had to consult doctor. Now I follow age old advise " be Regional, be seasonal" . Being from north east I take our Assamese diet, with little amount of rice , leafy vegetables, fish in lunch for four days a week , cooked in little oil. Also follow the principle " have your breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar" . Take lots of water. Five days brisk walking in evening. Avoid junk food . Lost 15 kgs in four months. Now I maintain that diet regime, low carb, low oil local diet with lots of local vegetables.

dont trust everything u see on the internet… Isko weight loss hona nhi, weak hona kehte hai.. aise fasting ke baad agr aap ek din bhi fasting ko chhodkar normal khana khaoge to weight dobara se badh jayega… i dont know log views and paise k chakkr me aise fake videos kyu post krte h.. agr sb same diet follow krke apne aap ko itna kmzor bna skte hai, fr to professional dieticians wagera useless h..
I tried. But developed severe gastric and had to consult doctor. Now I follow age old advise " be Regional, be seasonal" . Being from north east I take our Assamese diet, with little amount of rice , leafy vegetables, fish in lunch for four days a week , cooked in little oil. Also follow the principle " have your breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar" . Take lots of water. Five days brisk walking in evening. Avoid junk food . Lost 15 kgs in four months. Now I maintain that diet regime, low carb, low oil local diet with lots of local vegetables.
