The penguin pants made me LOL! These cardboard furniture pieces are definitely going on my future "To do" list for sure, off to go hoarde some more cardboard now!
I'd really love to see princess or witchy furniture (or both) fitting with the fairy tale theme. Perhaps toys? A witchy kitchen set? A hope chest? An art project for the inhabitant of the castle to work on, or an art piece-- a sculpture, a mannikin? Some magical elements: a crystal ball? A magic mirror? Potions? I think something musical would work well as well: A piano? A harp?
LOL I laughed out loud at your intro...I can imagine those materials tapping their imaginary feet, quite put out and cross at the situation. Thank you for clarifying the difference between chipboard and cardboard. I was confused. I can't wait to finish my current projects so I can customize my next build with the addition of cardboard! Thank you!
It seems materials have so many different names in different countries! I should have clarified in the last video but I am glad to do it now to clear things up ;) So glad you liked the video!
Thank you Ara and Paula for making the patterns available. I like you choice of material it goes perfectly with the dark wood, I like the book shelf, the sides look like wood grain. It’s all coming along beautifully, can’t wait for your next build.👏👏👏👍👍👍
Thank you so much for these videos! I am just starting with my Halloween dollhouse and have no experience with making furniture! I love that you are recycling, and also that you are so very gracious as to share the patterns. It's so nice of you! I will definitely be binge-watching all your videos! :-)
I started with the cardboard furniture. Bookcase not to happy but figured that i would use it in my Vampire house. I have my women but to give her a name. Happy Crafting. ❤

I am SoOoOoO excited that I stumbled upon your channel. I am literally OBSESSED!!!! I am now avoiding my recycling bins like the plague....I'm now Saving ALL of my Amazon boxes and chipboard items because You have officially inspired me to give this build a go. 👌🤩 I have a 2 year old daughter. I figured I'd start out slowly.....and by the time I have the entire house built (including all furniture and furnishings) she will be old enough to play "gently" with it. 👏😂 Thank you for these AMAZING tutorials!! Your step-by-step instructions are soOoo easy to follow. I'm sure I'll do just fine with an instructor as great as you! 💕🤗
Yay I am so excited! I hope you have an absolute blast building your house! This project is great for kiddos as long as they are old enough not to put things in their mouth ;) It's also great because if something gets broken its super easy to fix or replace!!
I have been watching videos for months to learn techniques and prepare for my first project. I have decided this will be it. Thank you for sharing all of your knowledge and doing it in an entertaining and memorable way.
Hi, i found with the sofa that the feet can be strengthened by pushing toothpicks or thin skewers up into the corrugation. Thank you so much for your good ♥ heart by giving us these gorgeous patterns free. It really is much appreciated.
Your videos are amazing. My daughter has to build a dollhouse and furniture for a school project and your videos helped us a lot. Everything turns out so cute. I wish I could share a picture with you.
Ara, I can't thank you enough for sharing your amazing artistry with us. My greatgranddaughters play with LOL dolls all the time and have only one couch for their LOL house. I can't wait to gift them with your set from the cardboard house scaled down to 1:24. They are going to be so excited. Thank you so much.
I get so excited when I see you're making stuff out of cardboard now, because you have turned your genius to cardboard and you are ROCKING it totally! I don't think there is ANYTHING you can't make from cardboard now. It makes even my tired, worn out, crushed and broken imagination perk up! Thank you for sharing these, you are so generous, I LOVE your videos, they make me think I can actually CREATE! You make me laugh! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! And thanks to Paula Storm too!

Thank you so much Ara, you are so very generous with your patterns and I appreciate this so much! You are a very talented woman and very skillful when it comes to that brain of yours!.
You are amazing, I cannot express how thankful I am for this. I'm making little scenes for my Calico Critter families. I hate the furniture you can buy for them so this is absolutely perfect.
These furniture pieces came out beautifully and they're a perfect addition to this whimsical little house project. Thanks for the additional furniture construction tips. And thank you Paula for your help in the pattern uploading. Hi little Stormy! :) Looking forward to more videos on the making of this extremely creative and economical little house. It's an Absolutely amazing creation. I ❤️ it.
After you glue the fabric to the seat on back, it could help to glue another piece of cardboard on the bottom much like they do with real chairs so there is more secure with the edges of the fabric now glued under some cardboard.
When you are using joint compound after it's completely dry you can take a damp cloth and smooth it over instead of sanding it it will save you from having to wear a mask and I have all that dust around love your shows.
That was an adorable YOINK, from your daughter. 🤗 Thank you for making pieces that are so versatile! I can see an armoire, dresser, chest of drawers and side tables based on the bookcase. Plus a beautiful breed headboard based on the sofa. SUPERB! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
