    Hi there, I just changed the clock spring in a 2014 Sonata GLS. However, the low beam headlights arent coming on unless I pull the stalk to the high beams. This high beam are on all the time now when turn the lights on as if they were the low beam. Any suggestions? Should I tried to remove and put the clock spring back again? Thanks for your help

    Is there a reason why it wouldn’t just pop off? I have a 2019 accent and the process is the same, however when I push the three pins , the airbag will not release… am I missing something?

    Can a bad one of these switches cause your brake lights not to work? My center broke light still works but my lower outside ones do not and from what I hear it could be a bad Multi-function switch . It’s a hyundai veracruz but I can’t find video on exact model

      There’s a little button switch on top of the brake pedal, have you look down there?

    light and wiper toggle switch 1 assembly only? , im planning to replace assembly for my head light and signal light

    • @shatteredxangel
      @shatteredxangel 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This is old but I just did this myself. The wiper switch is a separate box that hooks into the turn signal/headlight assembly. So you CAN replace one without the other.

      @@shatteredxangelthis all depends on the year for instance I have a 2015 Sonata and this is only a single part cannot separate

    OEM service manual for this job says "remove air bag" to remove everything else. No details on where to push to release or ANYTHING. This is why mechanics have to go on youtube now.

    That is the stupidest design I've ever seen! I have to do this to my daughter's 2011 Sonata to replace the switch. Removing a steering wheel to do that simple job is piss poor design by the engineers. I've been working on my cars for 35 years and have disassembled dashes, pulled motors, transmissions, and rear ends. That is ridiculous but I gotta do what I gotta do.

    Thank you for your help, I used a flat punch to remove air - bag, I didn't mark where steering wheel, then tried again 😂, still no success, so I've noticed the hard way, long as keys not in car, and not disconnect battery, as long as airbag wires not removed... Hyundai i30, did have seat well back just incase, anyways thankyou for video, explaining how to remove, didn't need to remove top plastic, as mine has steering movement up and down, all success in the end, nothing broken, as if I hadn't no doubt I would have, very educational video....saved me money and less stress cheers 🥂
    ps...
    ...got to at least leave a comment 😊 of graditude...👍

      I did disconnect battery first time to remove the cluster, was a intermittent fault with fog lights...👍
