I have a brother-in-law whose calf is in a perpetual tightened state of appearance from sciatica. I was worried this would be my fate too because it's not severe enough to me to warrant surgery, and PT has switched to strengthening rather than lengthening. Love this suggested movement and easy to do at my desk. Ty!!
In running i have a problem siactica no disc slip I don't why i have a siactica problem its very hurt me please help 😢 i have xray but I don't know the reason 😢 please help me
