    I ran across this for deep breathing, but in fact your seated jumping jacks, and legs/biceps and gentle stretches are perfect for not aggravating my low back pain. I can do these regularly. And I always pick up some education on breathing as well.

    Elizabeth thank you for doing this series 🙏🙏🙏❣❣ I went to my pulmonary Dr & I requested pulmonary rehab. I went & boy what a joke🤨😡. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DOING THIS!!

    Elizabeth please help I have been told I have mild bronchiectasis, air trapping and some scarring of the upper lungs . What can I do to decrease the constant desire to catch my breath?

      Well, unfortunately all 3 of those diagnosis’s will cause Shortness of Breath. All 3 cause shortness of breath for different reasons. You will definitely need to keep up with pulmonary rehab, practice breathing exercises daily, use something to thin mucus, and eat healthy. I know it sounds like a lot, but you can do it. It’ll take time and consistency!🫁💗
