    Doing this for the second time because honestly these 10 minute yoga sessions have become a highlight of my mornings in lockdown. Thank you so much. I absolutely love the movements and the affirmations in all of them. The length is just perfect too 🙏🏻💓

    Have been consistently doing yoga every morning for a month now. It makes a difference in how I feel the rest of the day. Kassandra's calming voice /her instruction helps me to stay focused = why she is my favorite you tube yoga instructor.

    I had open heart surgery 12 weeks ago. I am starting back to yoga with the 30 day challenge today. I have practiced yoga with you since the start of the pandemic. Thank you for helping me stay fit. Made my recovery a lot easier. 🙏

    I am 16 and starting the challenge today! As a girl with asthma, it's hard to find an exercise suitable for my lungs, and yoga is perfect! Not only does yoga work my muscles and flexibility, but it also works my breathing, and helf my asthma as I get the exercise I need every morning!     Suggestion, do a series to learn each pose by itself and gear it for beginners who haven't done this, so people can learn how to get into the poses in your other videos quickly and not fall behind.

    #goodmorning so glad I got to start this day and this 30 day “challenge “ I love the 10 min morning practices. I start my day with at least 10 min practice if I’m working out and if it’s an off day at the gym I do 30-45. Thank you for making great videos and I noticed how you are now changing angles. That will be very helpful for beginners and people like myself who are always trying to get every position correct!!

    Hello Kassandra!
    I want to share a bit of my story here:
    I'm 25 and I got a foot fracture last April. I've been recovering and I finally got the doctor's approval to walk and exercise again.
    I've been doing yoga (literally) with Kassandra for the past 3 years and while I'm not very consistent, I have noticed the mobility I had gained in these past years has helped me tremendously with my recovery and I can't wait to start again this 30 day series to regain my mobility and my body mindfulness about how to move, how joints move, which muscles are at work and how to distribute my weight on my feet, specially now that the fractured foot and leg weakened considerably. But I'm so glad to be able to do yoga again and I'm gonna work towards improving my mobility again
    Thank you so much Kassandra for uploading your content, it has helped me dearly even if we don't know each other and you don't know I exist hahaha

    #GoodMorning I love your 10 minute flows. They are so easy to fit into a busy day, whether it's actually in the morning, or a few hours before bed. I've done this series twice, and now I am doing every video for an entire week to really get the concepts in my mind and get the most benefit from practicing the poses! This is day 3 of "day 1"! I am going to be "calm and centered" all week!

    #GoodMorning We just started the second round of this 30 day challenge with a group of friends. The first round was last year during the lockdown and it helped us cope with the stress and pressure of the pandemic.

    It's amazes me every morning, today woke up with a headache and annoyed. 10 mins later my headache is gone and I feel calm. ❤️❤️

    I did the morning yoga stretches released around a year ago yesterday, and i just saw this today! joining the 30 day challenge a bit late (9th day was uploaded today) but better than never! also did the guided meditation after doing day 1 and i feel great :)

    I did this challenge in March 2023 when I wanted to get into yoga (and touch my toes). It helped me so much (and I succeeded in toe-touching by the 30 day's end)! Well the last 6 months I've fallen out of yoga and out of touch with my body. I'm revisiting this challenge to recenter and refocus! It worked wonders for me the first time and I expect the same magic this time. Thanks Kassandra for your videos and your calm inspiration!
