    Hello and good morning! Thanks for joining me for another 10 minute yoga practice to stretch and energize as we prepare for the day ahead. I'll take you through a simple yet effective sequence suitable for all experience levels with no props required. We'll go through poses like butterfly, seated pigeon pose, sphinx and reverse table top.
    This 10 minute stretch is a great way to start your day with mindfulness and positivity. Enjoy and REMEMBER, a little bit of yoga every day is much better than long sessions done every now and then. I hope you'll practice again with me tomorrow :)

    I don’t normally grab my phone first thing, but I did today and I immediately regretted it. So I put my phone back on airplane mode, set my alarm for 5 minutes, got back in bed, and then began my morning again with my usual routine. Thanks for reminding me to start my day intentionally and take time for myself 🤗 It’s very important.

    This was so perfect to set the tone for my day. My word for today is serenity. This was a very serene practice. I practice with you almost every morning, and being a monk, this really helps me with all my other practices throughout the day.

    everytime I'm off my mat for a while ( yoga butt, pulled adductor) and I come back, I can't believe why I ever left. all of a sudden my energy levels shot right back up, from where I was starting to get fatigued previously. and adding a couple extra poses at the end never hurt..lol. happy 2023 !🙏

    I just signed up for morning yoga 30 day challenge! I went to your website and i’m hoping I can order some of you merch. I’ve been saving some money to be able to get it. I am a caregiver and I don’t make that much. So, i’m slowly putting money away for different things. You have no idea how much these little short videos help me. I have been working myself up to more difficult ones. I’m learning about myself and becoming more positive about things. Also, it helps me be more centered and calm especially being a caregiver. Some days are better then others. Thank you again! I’m so happy I found you.

    I don't necessarily use these in the morning, but I work from home and get two 20 minute breaks and a 35 minute lunch. These 10-15 minute classes are great to get me moving and relaxed when I have a few minutes to spare. Thank you!

    I started meditating an practicing yoga about a month ago. All I have to say is at 61, in the pressure cooker that is my life, you help me every day: keeping calm, grounded, and aware of how I’m feeling.

    Kassandra, your 10-15 min morning Yoga practices have been the highlight of my mornings for over a year now, thank you! Especially now during exam season I really see the benefits of just moving your body and being mindful early in the day 🧘🏼‍♀️☀️ could you maybe do one on an advanced level? I can only find beginner or intermediate morning yoga sessions, but sometimes I‘d love something for when I‘m feeling extra motivated 😬🤗

    Thanks so much. I taught yoga for the past 4 years then went back to get my PhD in computer science. Sitting 13-15 hours on the computer per day and no time to exercise is a pretty rough transition from 3-4 yoga practices per day. I saw your video in Yoga Journal and finally made time for your short practice. It was a great reminder how important it is to always come back to the mat, no matter the circumstances.
