I still have my tree up and its coming down today. I purchased the rosette kit for my friend btw. I still do not have one for myself, but one day I will. They inflated the pricing for some reason. I will give her your recipe and video link for her bday. Your Angel wings can be replaced. I was going to make a pair for my Angel and I will be creating the skeleton with a base then carefully gluing each feather in the correct direction. The wings can be harnessed on, or attachment concealed beneath its robes at its waist. I am not sure how yours were attached. I am so sorry this happened. Its not worse than a video yesterday showing a man in despair after his dog ate through $4000 cash sitting on his counter meant to go to a fence restoration he had just done. He had to try to tape what he could together and wait for dog to go do his business so he could try to recuperate what he could. In the end, he lost about $600 in his digestive tract that was gone. Lesson learned- no cash, no bills, no jewelry, no Angels left anywhere a dog can reach! Loved your ornaments!

The colorful (and flexible) combination vegetables and, the dual cooking process of stove & oven instantly appeal to eye and health. The only change that I would make is to use real cornmeal rather than a [Jiffy] processed cornmeal mix. My sense is that particularly when a dish is very simple that so much the more must the foundation be authentic; without such genuine support the artificiality of the base (cornmeal] is apt to become conspicuous. The arugula, or the profuse addition of any green garnish may help offset, or mask the pre-pared part of the recipe. Nonetheless, the supper dish "upside down" and right side up, again a pleasing idea & presentation. / Happy days / D.C

Hi Kevin. I dont know if you do this already, but every time i have some form of scraps, I put it my freezer. Even onion peels, bits and pieces. It is so wonderful when you are making a soup or some sort of stock. Happy new year to you 😊
